I also recently fell short into Lust. But I got back up and it feels great. I started fasting, praying, and reading the word of God and I feel nothing but happiness.

At that moment when you feel like drinking pray and say this is an emergency. Then breathe and ask yourself what am I feeling at this moment when I need this drink. Write it down in note on your phone and then you may see a pattern. It is not the drink that is the problem it is just a temporary solution to the problem,
You will make it! Always speak positive sister, I also struggle with Lust but everyday praying to GOD that I will get rid of it permanently!
I’ve been there before keep going in your sobriety. You will find once some time passes you will become stronger have more energy and think more clearly. Also remember when your not sober people have a chance to catch you slippin.. God made you perfect without all that extra stuff. Bring all burdens to him and HE will guide you through it. You don’t need nothing else but Jesus!

The Lord delivered me from so many things, fornication being 1 of them . I went month without fornicating but fell into temptation yesterday & was immediately convicted , I felt terrible . For months I’ve been feeling a breakthrough coming & I know that was an attack from the enemy .. please forgive me Lord , I WILL do better 🙌🏼

I’ve fallen several times recently,I keep running back to The Father. I use to hide from The Lord but now I know I need Him even after I have messed up. More and more I want to be corrected by God so I can do His will!!

There is no battle
We don't have to "all fall". That is a terrible mindset that will make you prone to fall. However the mindset of staying focused on following Jesus and abiding in Him will be pleasing to God and will keep sin in the rear-view mirror as it should be for the person in Christ.
Ultimately, all believers need to abide in Jesus and relate to what this scripture says:
1 John 3:6
Whoever abides in Him [Jesus] *does not sin.* Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
So, the righteous may fall seven times and they will get back up, but they don't have to fall even one time. Jesus made the way by his grace that He gives to live that life (Titus 2:11-14).

--- but the battle belongs to God who fights for those fighting the fine fight of faith in Him(+ 1Tim.6:12) 2 Chron.20:15

Man, I really needed to hear this. Been struggling with temptation heavy lately and sadly fell back into sin. Got people who pretend they never sin anymore telling me I was never saved to begin with. Good to see I'm not the only one struggling. Glory to the Most High!
I needed this more than I can express. I was just crying in my bed because I fell short and this revived me to keep going regardless of feeling unworthy. All I know at the end of everyday is that I can't give up because I want to be with the Most High under his rule forever.

I fasted from March 5th to April 15th, my birthday respectfully. As soon as I hit the 41st night, it was like God pressed a button indicating a thought: "You've broken a curse, now regain strength and continue formless." I started to vomit stomach acid, almost every 2 hours; I had to hit the bone broth, I was gracious 🍎🌈

I felt so drain, because I slipped up and responded to this demonic spirit at work, Jezebel, python and leviathan spirits trying to suck out everything in my lie, but God. The bit about dreams hit home for me. Satan has been attacking me in my dreams in a crazy way lately. Tempting me with sins that used to keep me in bondage. Just last night, a legion of demons tried to kill me. Lemme tell anyone reading this: the name of Jesus Christ is all-powerful, even in your dreams. Don't be afraid to shout it!

That’s facts. Even the people closest to God fall out of it. It’s a constant battle everyday. The enemy wants to be away from Him. We are made in His image. We are constantly targeted because we know the truth. I want everyone to know that even though we go through this lack of faith. God is so loving that He is still with us even if we don’t feel him for ourselves. It’s important to remember the word of God to be secure of God grace for our life’s.
