Having more Special Presentations is always fantastic. I doubt that we will get Avengers Vs X-Men before we get any actual character buildup in the MCU in regards to the Mutants, but who knows. My boy Coy is back 🎉🎉
If I remember from back then. The issue was contracts. Either use the fox’s X-men actors or wait until 2026 to be allowed to use new actors. Which is why they been saying mutant sage after secret wars. Now with everything pushes so far back. They can now an avenger vs X-men.

AvX has less impact if no one is invested in one the sides, and no one is going to be invested in a cast they know aren't sticking around in the MCU, or one that is brand new to it. I’d really really love it if Spider-Man 4 is basically Peter Parker No More. The first trilogy was all about becoming Spider-Man. This trilogy (if it does end up being that) could be about becoming Peter Parker again. I think Black Cat is the PERFECT villain for this story. She ditched her normal civilian life to become the Black Cat. This can make Peter feel more comfortable about dating, she is like him and can look after herself. Build up Gwen in college representing who Peter needs to be and what he represents and bring back MJ as a party girl who’s trying to evolve to blend into college, loosing herself a little bit without the love of Peter. Does Peter go back to MJ to help bring her back to her roots, does he go with Black Cat because she fits what he wants most, does he go with Gwen because she is everything he needs to be? It’s a lot to explore in the next trilogy that’s so Spider-Man and I’d love to see it

This Friday I am going to my IMAX screening of Deadpool and Wolverine. I just bought these tickets like 2 days ago the showing is completely empty. Other than my wife and myself, fully empty theater.
I still see the breakdown for the Disney+ Marvel stuff as follows: Marvel television for all regular shows anywhere up to eight episodes long with the caveat of being linked to the main marvel universe. Marvel Spotlight would be like a one shot miniseries does not have to be linked to the main MCU timeline and those could be up to six episodes long. Marvel special presentations would be what we used to call a one shot like basically a one hour special. No, if by chance they stick to this idea that would mean that Agatha all along and daredevil born again would be marvel television. You could use Marvel Spotlight to introduce the origins of X-Men characters, they don’t have to be a long series. They could be easily anywhere up to three episodes long just to introduce the characters and I go into some long detailed story. You’re just introducing them you could even do it in like four episodes easily. Actually now come to think of it. Echo could’ve been done in four episodes if the writing was a little bit tighter
Indeed think marvel is trying to get back to formula of 1 movie per quarter(or every other quarter) with an ensemble team movie focusing on either specific teams possibly after every 5 movies and eventually when it’s time for the climactic soft reboot in roughly 5-7 years
