When mom died of ovarian cancer in front of me I didn't even get to say goodbye. Then I was diagnosed with Epilepsy a few months later. Ten years I spent chuckin rocks into the sky asking why? But after years of tormenting myself, I finally found what's inside, pulled it out and I've never been so strong. College starts soon, and regardless of what happens in the future, I will embrace it and make it a historic part of my life just like mom taught me to!!

The single intro scene to Chak Lok's Bossfight in the tower was more epic than anything I had experienced in Halo 4 or 5, so for me it's still a step in the right direction. Sadly they stopped after that.

I also payed a lot of attention to the song tempos and tried to keep the upcoming tracks on beat with the previous ones. Been having a rough life plan on getting married here on the 21st of July lots of stress with my family just finished up some college work and just played halo CE with my dad for the first time in 16 years this soundtrack really helped calming me down.
I can't wait to share a halo experience with my kids. Waiting for them to get a lil older first! Oldest is 4. there is two original XBOXs near me that I would like to go pick up and bubble wrap in storage for just that moment. as someone who knew halo was big but not old enough to experience it when it came out. i can agree, people my age can't feel hype, because there is nothing that truly requires it. nothing has the quality as old games used to. the most i've seen is for games from hoyoverse or (godforbid) fortnite. and even then, is more like "what will you get" or "what will you buy" not truly excitement for the game itself. I remember Halo. I remember seeing Reach coming out. Not old enough to understand, and yet, i felt it was big. I only played it three years ago, and i can agree, that hype i saw was well deserved.

Before X-Box live, Me and my friends would pair up into two teams and would run a long cable between rooms and play halo. You would take out someone on the other team, and hear them yelling in the next room. It was great. One night we played for 7 hours straight. So much fun. I really miss that. My how time changes.

at first it was released as a screenshot to show off Halo Infinite, and I found the in game location and took a recording of the day-night cycle for this video, so things are dynamic and changing
there's a video online of the guitarist just freely doing different solos in that same song section, and there's plenty more not included here. I just chose the extension I thought sounded most natural and mixed it with the final version
the issue is that not only are a bunch of songs cut up, but there are songs that are combined together with different (or extended) versions, so I'm not sure how well the playlist would translate
hey, sorry to say that I don't have the base video anymore. I recorded it myself and once I rendered the final video, I deleted the base footage as it was like 40gb. In hindsight, I should've kept the base footage and deleted the final render, as I always could've re-rendered it. I was originally going to use the in-game screenshots, and fade between day and night, but decided instead to find the exact location in campaign and record my own. I think it was pretty tight scaling, might even be the lowest setting (70). I remember having to overlay the images with part-transparency over my game capture to line everything up. I also had to sift through reddit posts to find exactly where this was in game, which I now know is like slightly upper middle left side of the map. My campaign save might still be there, but there'd be no guarantee that all the same things would happen, like the ship flying over midway through. I would be able to record it in 1440p now that I have a nicer monitor though

at first it was released as a screenshot to show off Halo Infinite, and I found the in game location and took a recording of the day-night cycle for this video, so things are dynamic and changing

there's a video online of the guitarist just freely doing different solos in that same song section, and there's plenty more not included here. I just chose the extension I thought sounded most natural and mixed it with the final version

the issue is that not only are a bunch of songs cut up, but there are songs that are combined together with different (or extended) versions, so I'm not sure how well the playlist would translate

hey, sorry to say that I don't have the base video anymore. I recorded it myself and once I rendered the final video, I deleted the base footage as it was like 40gb. In hindsight, I should've kept the base footage and deleted the final render, as I always could've re-rendered it. I was originally going to use the in-game screenshots, and fade between day and night, but decided instead to find the exact location in campaign and record my own. I think it was pretty tight scaling, might even be the lowest setting (70). I remember having to overlay the images with part-transparency over my game capture to line everything up. I also had to sift through reddit posts to find exactly where this was in game, which I now know is like slightly upper middle left side of the map. My campaign save might still be there, but there'd be no guarantee that all the same things would happen, like the ship flying over midway through. I would be able to record it in 1440p now that I have a nicer monitor though

so glad you asked! i was scavenging through old videos from one of the composers (Marty) and checking for any unreleased or extended versions. it's also where I found some of the piano only versions. i chopped different versions together hopefully smooth enough that people think they're one thing
