Yeah, I made an ultimate character with a backstory from birth to Skyrim, exploring every quest and cave in the game. Then thinking the game was a bit limited in its scope. Then reimagined what the game would be like if a true-blood Dragonborn of the illegitimate Septim line returned to Cyrodiil, sparking a new just cause in the civil war on the side of the Stormcloaks, and causing a succession crisis. The dragonborn crushed armies before her with her voice, ascending the throne, renamed Empress Alessia II Dragon of the North. Reuniting the empire, kicking out the agents of the Aldmeri Dominion, reinstating the worship of Talos, and preparing for a new great war against the Dominion. After making a character for myself like that I couldn't really make another.

I bought Skyrim cheap as a "tech demo" for my new PC build back in 2014, seriously thinking it wasn't my type of game and I'd simply move on. Still playing it to this day.
