Great vid mate. Hope the Nav serves you well! One of the best looking dual cabs out IMO. Question: is that hose off the crankcase restricted at all? Seem to have a fair bend in it (@3:45)
Hey mate! Funnily enough that hose concerned me as well. I’ve had a play around with it and managed to get it at a better angle - the reason it’s bent is due to the cable tie I’ve used to try to get it to not touch any of the hotter components. I’m currently looking into getting a heat shield/sleeve to put over the hose for piece of mind 👍
Hey mate did you get rid of the triton? If so can I ask why, I’m looking at getting another triton but was considering the nav be interesting to hear your thoughts between them cheers.
Tritons are a great option. Only reason I sold mine is that the opportunity was there to sell at a really good price. I went the Navara as something different, haven’t had it for long enough to compare yet but I highly rate the Tritons.
I did the same thing on my Nav last week. I found with the two extra hoses I had to cut a section out on the top left of the engine cover. Also the hoses on the left I wrapped in silicon heat tape as they rub up against the intake got pipe. Did you have any of these problems?
Hey Tony, no I didn’t have to cut the engine cover, it was able to fit nicely underneath. However I did do the same as you with the heat wrap to protect against the hot pipes (makes sense as the stock pipes are all heat wrapped)
Hey mate if you no longer have warranty then yeah I would grab one of the Western Filter Provent catch cans, they seem to be far ahead the rest in quality and ability to filter.

Do you have a link to where yoy purchased the catch can?
Sure do mate www.westernfilters.net.au/provent-catch-can-kits/
Bought a kit from direction plus and they keep leaking. Should I buy a new kit?
