I stayed in the Bondi Hotel for a week maybe 1991.....I remember it being cold and draughty.......then flat shared in Hall Street 3 minutes from the seafront....seem to remember the Post Office close to the seafront....lots of Development since then although the Bondi Hotel is still standing....I was unemployed for a week or so but the money was enough to pay the hotel and food...looks like no chance to do that anymore
The 1 overwhelming thing I notice watching this is the marked absence of Aboriginal people. The overwhelming majority of people in this video are still WASP's
