I hate the light rail with so much passion, it stopped cars going up and down George St, its so slow, and even if no one is getting off, it will still stop at ever station. Monorail was 100 times better than this.

a crows nest is the observation platform up in a sails ship's mast, so that the navigator can look further to the horizon. I went to school in Crows Nest, the area was not that trendy 30+ years ago. Wished I bought property there when it was cheap.

Walked this route many times with my dad.During the 1960s and 70s. We never had much money but we would get the bus to granville and the train to town hall station and walk to the quay and back and had lunch. Boy has it changed.
