Great video! Issue we have is where we can record ok to iPad video BUT... when using (say) Periscope, the app doesn't appear to be using the G3! Buggered if we can find out the cause of the failure at the moment. Waiting for Sennheiser to get back to us. *excited look*
Hi Will. Nice channel, can tell you are from New Zealand! I am in Auckland. I would like to know if that 4-pole trrs to 3.5mm adapter would work with a Samsung. I tried out a Rode SC4 TRS to TRRS today and it failed. May have to try this cable next.
Im sure it would work but I can't say 100% because we're all using IPhones and iPads. Definitely need to split the mic and audio streams. And yeah I'm Maori born in Gisborne but I live in Brisbane. Let us know if you have any luck on a different splitter.
I bought one of these off of the Wish App for $2 shipped. Very pleased with the difference in quality for my audio.

Kale Richmond yeah man it works. I did a periscope on it and it was working no problem, the video has expired so i cant show you anything.
