- I admit- it's not perfect. This was a difficult one to tweak- originally I was able to extract most of the background music from the movie using the 5.1 audio, but this song's instrumental was almost perfect- except there was no banjo in it at all. Basically mostly piano and strings. So, I put the stereo soundtrack version of the song through an AI vocal remover and overlayed it on the original track and put 'em together. This is why you may be able to hear tiny traces of Kermit in the song. Voila.
Also I had to cut out the beginning of the scene cause otherwise it would've gotten blocked for copyright.

This was amazing!!!!! I loved it! I can finally hear the details of this now. The strings are really so cute when it swells up so soft. and the piano at 2:38 was so mesmerizing.

The song here definitely gives me the beautiful instrumentation of many films prior, especially "Hello Dolly".
EDIT: No scratch that, this song reminds me, after playing around with the instrumental in my VirtualDJ program, that it's based off of Videocroft's "There's Always Tomorrow" and Vashti Bunyan's "Timothy Grub".
This song makes me cry sometimes, but awesome instrumental, especially the finale

Did you make the ending a bit louder than the original? I'm asking because I'm mixing a Fancover of this song and don't know if I should scale it down a little.

Thank you for doing this. I'm learning to play it. But I think the piano and strings are overwhelming the mix. Would you be able to bring them down and the banjo up? Maybe the banjo track needs a compressor on it? :)
