I'm actually having a hard time studying because recently I've changed paths from my scientific bach to another one, and studying ancient greek is becoming really hard even though I like it more than physics, chemistry and biology. Studio Ghibli has always been my safe space and my home, I have really good memories of seeing the movies with my dad, and this playlist had me so concentrated on my studies I forgot everything, all the problems I've been overthinking for the last week just popped out of my head and l could actually study without any pressure. I'm really grateful for this, and I hope anyone reading this knows you can with everything life puts you through, that hard work does not let you down, and that good times come, they are just around the corner and don't forget you are loved, valued, and take good care of yourself. I grew up in the Soviet Union, at those times we had no opportunity to watch foreign cartoons or anime. So now i am 50 and only now i discover Ghibli cartoons, fantastic and beautiful and kind world with beautiful music. And i feel nostalgic, especially if anime could be a part of my childhood. It is rare to find songs that really calms my heart, stress about life, my parents are getting old, they keep smiling but i know they really push themself, lost my sister because of Covid, Broke up with my fiance because there's so many responsible for me as the only man beside my father, to treat them, and my company demoted me. I´ve been in very dark places too due to circumstances. Your blood pressure and heart rate issues are very likely also stress symptoms which may even enhance the stress in a vicious circle. You are always allowed to look after yourself and take your time, say "no" to things that just feel too much to take right now. Give yourself some peace and quiet, those around you will understand. So now i am 50 and only now i discover Ghibli cartoons, fantastic and beautiful and kind world with beautiful music. And i feel nostalgic, especially if anime could be a part of my childhood. stress about life, my parents are getting old, they keep smiling but i know they really push themself, lost my sister because of Covid, Broke up with my fiance because there's so many responsible for me as the only man beside my father, to treat them, and my company demoted me.

I feel exactly the same! And this time of year is perfect for that over here in Europe, the trees just got their fresh green leaves in the brightest shades, the grass is lush and not yet cut, everything looks and smells so "Ghibli fresh"! It will never be the same later in the year.
