And of course, a special thanks to Anthony for all his work towards filming this episode. If you enjoyed the change of pace and the added production value, drop some feedback, or throw him some praise. I think he killed it - one of my favorite episodes yet!
Good stuff man I’m guessing you are already in aus. Today on Joe Rogan they mentioned your Ferrari
Amazing work.. 👍
So good!
The filming definitely added a lot of value, it's funny how just some subtle camera movements that show it's handheld can make such a difference. I did miss you talking to the camera directly some, as opposed to voice over the entire time though
Mate, good to see the Ford getting some attention. I hope you don't leave any of your toilets neglected for this long!
Don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone comment on your narratives, in your videos. Clear, concise and articulate, and I feel makes your videos standout, even beyond the builds.
Thanks for sharing your quality work.
You’ve pointed out the one thing I’ve never realized is there, yet I’m PATIENTLY able to make it through each build. I absolutely do not watch process builds for bikes, cars or motorcycles b/c all the steps give me anxiety. The Stance Works builds are totally different.
No kidding! The narrative part in this channel is where some bad rock music time lapse would be in 99% other build channels.
I can't be the only who appreciates the first scene of the video is you working on a control arm. Pure art!
Dude, I still dont get how your channel hadn't blown up as much as I'd expect. Just want to say thank you for taking the time to keep uploading with as much detail as you have. Your builds are OUTSTANDING.
Right?! His content is such quality he should have at least a million subs by now. It’ll happen.
Camera work is A+! Love watching this channel grow
The original model A truck brought me to your channel, but I’m thinking of changing what I call your shop to The A-Arm Show. Love the new cinematography.
I’ll wear the name with honor
“Because welding will contaminate our welds”
I know that was a goof but as someone who is just getting into TIG, I felt that on a very deep, personal level.
Camera work is absolutely beautiful, and it definitely seems like it was easier for you to get in a groove without having to worry about shot composition on every step of the way. Definitely hope he's able to be brought onto the team full time!
Can't wait for the A to rip again, better than ever.
As someone who never welded anything, I am fascinated by how you can trust a cut and re-welded chassis with all that power.
It had to be cut and welded to be made in the first place. It’s rebuilt the same way it was built the first time.
Happy to see the Model A getting some screen time. As always, the fabrication, videography, and production work is top notch. As an aspiring fabricator and serious amateur photographer I can appreciate how hard it is to do all of that so well, week after week.
I'm always excited for new StanceWorks vids!! Every project is so much fun!!
“…We’re almost done because All we have to do is…finish building the complete front end of the car…” -Stance Works The Auto God
Any manufacturer in the car industry would be proud to have an engineer as profound and thirsty for knowledge as you are
Looking great! The new valve covers were a much needed addition. 👏
Dude your work is beyond incredible. It's a breath of fresh air that you include the amount of detail on the technical side of building that is hard to find nowadays. The fact that you don't do the stupid ads and sponsor stuff is just chefs kiss. I cant help but sigh in relief that you know what we want as gearheads
This car/truck/tube chassis is the reason why SW is the best channel on TH-cam. Increadible work Mike!
Had to smile in the first few seconds when I saw that the control arms would be on the table. If I ever needed anyone to build me a set I’d say you’re the guy now. As always a great video and I love this project so much!
A pleasure as always to visit and see progress.
Started following your channel with episode one of this build. What a journey. Nice to see it getting the attention again.
the return of Control Arm Mike. LETS FUCKEN GOOOOOO
You are one of my favourite TH-cam builder, motivating and inspirational in your very detailed build videos. I appreciate everything you do and how you do it. thank you. Can’t wait for more detailed builds like this.
awesome update on the model a! looking rad and cant wait to see it rip again. very cool build and love seeing the detail
Just here to say thank you (again) sir for bringing us along for the adventures . The uplifting positivity you bring to the table regardless of what's going on situationally, and dedication to the art is top tier and, in my opinion, way underappreciated. I appreciate you, Mike. Keep doing you!

The very first thing I noticed was the new camera work. I’ve enjoyed all your past content and now it appears you have someone on the camera that has the same artistry you exhibit working on your projects. Excellent.
Ahh man thank you for bringing the focus back on the Modle A build was starting to get worried for a bit. I love the content to the craftsmanship you put in literally to every piece of machinery you touch fantastic every time thank you from this side🙌🏿😇.
Killed it Anthony!! The production has always been great. The fact that i didn’t even notice speaks volumes to how well you did Anthony. Love the content. Keep it up guys!
Finally! The model A is back!!
I’ve watched this twice! So good. Love the channel, work, builds, info, editing, and everything.
Always impressed with your craftsmanship. Awesome work. . Looking great! The new valve covers were a much needed addition. .
I have a 1931 coupe myself. So i freaking love your truck
Hits home for me. Excited to see the progression and you driving it again.
Fantastic quality video & commentary - First class as always Mike!!!!! (Love the funk too)
This truck is what drew my attention to this channel
Thanks for the recap for those of us that have been here for a long time too. I had forgotten about all the engine issues, just fixing the chassis.
I love your builds man, helped me bring my rx7 to the next level. Thank you for everything you do.
Thanks for another amazing video! You continue to impress and inspire.
I love watching your builds! It's very inspiring to start my own projects
High quality work all around!! Anthony with some killer camera work!!
Oh my hell yes! I've been waiting a long time for this!!! evidently a year and a half.
This is a truck I want!
The work, the transitions, the information 🤌🏼
Ah, finally control arms again. Still better than „brackets“ 😝
P.S.: when you already design all parts in CAD just design a little jig for positioning right away and simply print it on 3D printer - saves a lot of time!
Always impressed with your craftsmanship. Awesome work. 🖤👊
Can't emphasize how badass of a piece of fab the new front subframe is. Killer as always, glad to see the Model A make it back on the channel 👌
Great seeing work done on this hot rod!
how did you guys steal my idea out of my head. I have wanted to build one like for years. Great job guys that a sick truck???
Super clean work. On top of the game 100% of the time.
So happy to see this thing again. Follower since the beginning 🤙🏼
Excited to see the next video of this!
Good to you back at work on the model A Mike!! I started watching you way back before Ferrari days.
Love it , great build , isn't it cool to fab all this , keep motivated, we need more !
This is how/why I came to this channel…and I’ve been waiting for this!
early 30s Ford trucks are one of my favorite looks, if u have a local track id would take it there, ull have more fun being able to hope it up more. be safe but have FUN..!
"Welding will contaminat our welds." 😂 learned something new thanks lol
Pumped to see yo back working on this.
Damn! Why can't these episodes last longer. This channel is amazing!
Glad to see the Model A headed back to the road.
I like the no mobile game ads plug 😎
Love it, looks amazing!
So stoked to get some Model A content again!
Thank you for saving it!
I love these custom fabrication videos
About bloody time… love this thing.
great to see you back on this thing.
Nice ride! Those rocker covers are badass!
Ngl, I almost forgot about the Model A. Nice to see it back on the channel again
I’ve been waiting what feels like forever for this,
Happy Friday Mike!
5:30 I like hearing all of the nerdy details, some day I hope to design and build my own suspension parts for my 71 Monte Carlo
thanks Mike!
Very nice work there Sir !!!!
Another great vid. Honestly don't get why your channel has less than 200k subs. You deserve at least 10x more.
Is it because less and less people are into fabrication?
The quality is on a whole different level compared to those "one off" every episode kind of channels, who have a different sponsor every with every 5-10min video they churn out.
Keep up the good work!
Love this episode Mike 👌
Well done Anthony 😎
This is art.
Just a little info for u that E85 is not corrosive. The biggest problem is that it absorbs water and will attack seals and other rubber bits not designed for alcohol use. As a racer that uses alcohol as our fuel if we don't race for a while we drain the system to prevent water being absorbed. It will also attack the foam in some fuel cells if used or the rubber in lines if not compatible with alcohol. OEMs would not build a fuel system that would need a total rebuild if a vehicle was left for a period of time with E85 in the tank. Very nice work on the a-arms, frame stub and remount of the steering rack as well. It should handle much better and be safer on the road!!!
Loving the varied content whilst the Ferrari is away.... and Anthony knocked it out of the park 🙂
Super fast Matt needs your suspension wisdom 😂
Always a good day when you post
There is no half-assery on this channel! ..and those valve covers are 🔥
Atta boy mike! Looking forward to the revival.
I hate it when my welding contaminates my welds 😂😂. Good to see you getting back onto finishing the Model A
The mental head scratching shot brought some insight to the process, the editing of episode is great!
If you have to do some more control arms in the future with more 3 dimensional constraints, some 3d printed jigs might fit the bill.
Awesome work as usual
Wow, the gusseted steering rack mounts, worthy of the Guggenheim!
I first saw Mike and this car in Hoonigan's Build Biology and didn't think much of it. Then forgot about it and found his channel on accident while he was working on hos Ferrari. When he showed this in the background, everything clicked.
So badass 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Finally! The reason I subbed is back!!
Such a cool hot rod
Nice to see even a tenth of the work required to truly level/match the frame. 'Close enough' takes too many chances... especially when you can zero it and "make the noise."
Good to see some Model A content. Also: I would let you work on my cars anytime. I like your approach.
Thanks for the motivation. I need to finish framework on my forced induction, Coyote powered classic Ford. Guess that's this weekend's task!
Cool car 👍
Are you going to add bracing where the „old“ and new chassis meet?
I wondered this myself. I expected it to be sleeved or something. Seems like an area that would be under a bunch of stress
Love the vibe of this video. Nice pace, great shots, and clean voice over. You knocked it out of the park!
Also, if I join your Patreon, do you promise to buy a new band saw blade? ;-)
Awesome to see the truck coming back to life. Although I think I miss the old narrow BBS's.
Different truck :)
Stunning build, and big respect on your craftsmanship. While I would've preferred Ferrari kept its Italian engine your 308 build is also amazing blend of old and new! Thx for sharing your talent with world
you should 3D print some little snap on caps for the end of the bolts sticking up out of the steering rack @9:38
you dont need them for any real reason but I think itll add a nice professional look especially if theyre nice matte carbon fiber filament parts
I love my boosted coyote! Perfect motor for that truck
awesome
Great camera work. Hope Anthony's help will relieve some load from your shoulders.
Sweet mfg steering racks are much better for builders that actually care about things like bump steer. Fully adjustable inner link and brackets are readily available. You may already know about them but thought I would throw that out there just in case.
hey man everyone says that about there videos at first with the sponcers... Just get them man they will help you out in so many ways
Striaght up mad max Build
