    I listen to them while I shower and while I'm getting ready for work. During the day when I find myself getting anxious, irritated or having a low self image I go back to the affirmations and repeat them. Thank you, thank you!

    I’m having some bad sinus and breathing issues on top of the bad anxiety that I already have so it’s 1 million times worse tonight. My ears are bright red and on fire from anxiety and I want to sleep but all I can do is pacer on the kitchen table. I’m listening to this and it’s helping to call me down and not freak out so much. Thank you so much. I swear these panic attacks steal your life away ... if I ever beat this shi, I’m going to pay it forward and help someone else who is in need the way i am right now .

    Thank you for these affirmations! I listen to several different affirmations on this channel and they have made such a big difference in my life. I like how the words are so carefully chosen. They are not geared for one religion. And I like the references to the higher self. These have been profoundly helpful!

    Thank you for this and all you do! I listened to this whilst doing my morning journal. I have been feeling HUGE stress and anxiety lately due to a high-stress job and issues going on with my grown children. This has helped me greatly. I plan to listen to it regularly.

    Hi jason, I've been too shy to send a comment after using this particular video a few times on the past. I would like to say thank you for this video, it has given me so much of my life back. I had started having these "attacks" within the last 5 to 6 months. Last month I was in one of the hardest attacks I've ever had, and I had enough wit about me to search for something, someone, that could help me, one last ditch effort before I call an ambulance to take me to a hospital. Again, it was a severe attack, I couldn't get my breathing right, I just felt doom looming over me. It was that day, that I find your channel, I wil last I had to listen to this twice before I could improve. Now, at the slightest onset, I can go to my auto, or a quiet space, and listen,,eyes closed, and get better. One significant thing I have noticed was before I found your channel, a panic attack left me with an almost hing over feeing, headache, drained, fatigue. If I have this video I don't have that.

    To you reading this right now-You are not alone in this. You are beautiful and strong. Everything will work out for your good. Don’t fight the anxiety. Instead, embrace it with everything you have. Let it work it’s way through naturally. There’s nothing wrong with you right now. This is completely normal. This too shall pass. Peaceful thoughts, tranquil feelings, restful mind. Be at peace. Heavy eyelids, sleepy head, weighted down. Breathe out, close your eyes and Rest.

    I have read where it's best not to say negative words such as fear, dispair, trauma, pain ect. even within a positive statement.

      I fully agree. It completely made me feel worse because none of it was true at all. you'd have to be blissfully ignorant to feel better if you truly are stressed.

      The only people who feel better after these videos are people who's lives are realistically not that bad, and shouldn't be complaining in the first place. It's all just random baseless positive statements which are completely useless to anyone with real problems.

      What is isochronic? But okay, thank you :) I get a bit nervous listening to relaxation videos in case they have hypnotherapy or something on them... I've had a chronic anxiety disorder & agoraphobia for nearly 10 yrs, so I guess I worry about some silly things, lol.
