Is finale of the deep a better option than sapwood?

For DPS Bennett, Finale of the Deep is way better (R5 gives around 80% ATK).
For support Bennett where he doesn't do much damage in the team, the 30% ER from sapwood is better.
Bennett in Bennett Fischl duo literally does half the damage of the comp so Finale is better.
