3:19, I always save up to 200 wishes. The reason is simple; High standards
High standards = More Skip = More Primos
These are some examples
200 wishes for C2 Kazuha (2.8)
250 wishes for C2 Furina (4.2)
200 wishes for Thundering Pulse (3.2)
180 wishes for Hu Tao (2.2)
I last pulled on Furina’s banner and I already have almost 200 Wishes saved up for her weapon.
Oh, love your content! For Furina I saved around 27k on my main account for half a year. Just did events, some abyss and exploration. It was worth it!

I‘ve been saving since the end of July and I got 56k primogems plus 50/50 guaranteed and 40 pity. And I don‘t have 100% exploration almost anywhere

yesterday i got back into the exploring mood and got about 2000 primos in total! i really depends on how much you have left to explore and how much time you are willing to put in but as a completely f2p player, im able to get all the characters i want
3:19 Ironically, I have currently 319 saved rolls (I barely pulled since Fontaine dropped). No spoilers, I'm saving up for a character we saw in the AQ that isn't released yet, Furina and Tartaglia.

For new players who are interested in the plot, I recommend doing world quests, because they have some hidden lore. Plus 100% exploration does not mean that there is nothing left to collect there :) Before the release of Inazuma, they added new crates in updates, but now they probably don't have time for it anymore. There is also a hidden quest in Inazuma about Fatui that does not show up in the list. Just play without pressure for primogems. Btw. We can add to list Serenity Pot (set for characters) and 4 star character story.

I once took a break from genshin thinking raidens banner was still far away, came back and realized i fcked up, then speedran getting 25k primos in the span of 10 days. After that its safe to say i went insane
love your chill cozy content as always as well as the minecraft ones coming from someone who's never played it haha! if i can say this, i would love to see a content creator tips/journey video from u since the gaming niche is not one of the most favorable niches in yt (apparently). it seems like this topic is not so talked about amongst the genshin/hoyo cc's (or i just did not search enough lol).
For me it's commissions, maybe event and I'm done for the day until new patch perhaps brings some new quests or a region. There's no way I could possibly spend 4 hours doing something that brings primogems.

This is my first time commenting on ur vid cause I'm usually a silent viewer but i feel the need to say that i love ur channel and series so much, watching you literally makes my day!! Also to answer your question, i think the most primos i have was around 13k-ish (my wishing addiction is just too strong) since i just started september last year, the urge of wanting to have every single character was strong.. T-T but now i know how to save and choose the most priority and liked characters first before the needs! cause eventually i will have half the characters once i play genshin for a long time!
Your videos are so amazing and relaxing also the most pulls I have saved up is 20 pulls for ayaka re run also I ended up getting her on early pity!

I think I saved the most for Wriothesley, I had 40k in primo and 50 extra pulls, I got him C4R1! All of that because he is extremely similar to my OC lmao and I just had to. Gonna pull for C6 when he’s back!

hi kato! i love your videos 💕 and to answer your question, i remember saving primogems for hu tao when i was AR 30, it was around the end of December, and I saved until february, and i got 106 pulls and got my first 5 star, hu tao! (and her weapon) i’m currently saving for chiori, and i have about 6k primos
hello kato, no furina or any characters hp drain does not count as taking damage and also i believe remarkable chests also gives primos, they just dont give sigils, so i hope this helps. :)

The remarkable chests actually do give you primos! They give you 5 I believe.
Not the ones in Tsurumi Island, that's why I emphasized it on the video
I started playing Genshin specifically because of Venti at first, around January 2021. I think it was Shenhes release banner with Xiao. I didn't know what were primogems at first but I did save around 14k primos and got Venti when his rerun came around. Now I'm gathering for Furina who's C1 currently, but I want her C6 someday just because I love her so much.
I gathered primos after Venti for other characters by doing every single world quest, story quest, hangout quest, abyss, events and having 100% exploration everywhere. ☠️
Ive been saving for 2 months, i did a lot of the world quests since my account was ar40, i got 180+ wishes saving up for kazuha, and all his mats from lvl 0 to 90

Hi hi kato I have been watching ur channel for a while now and u have been the one who inspired me to play genshin, I think I watch the 'pull for scaramouche 'video is the one who made me watch ur channel and I am so grateful for it as u made great content. PS:I am going to pull for kazuha when he comes out and I have everything but artifacts prepare for him ,I don't get em main stat at all em sub stat I do but not alot of it,one more thing can I give sacrificial sword on him instead of fav sword cuz uhm... I don't have one yet- hehe.. Sorry if I write so much and made u have to see this a while 😅😅😅
You can use Sacrificial sword in him, but if you have sword billets, craft Iron Sting for him. It helps with elemental mastery, which he needs a lot of. He's my favorite character, and I hope you get him and love him as much as I do.

i've been saving primos since like june/july for xiao rerun and i had almost 50k as well, i got C1 xiao and i still have 210 wishes left for kazuha

I've been saving for Arlecchino for 8 months and it's rough but knowing I'll have her and her weapon for sure makes it worth it
3:40 most I have ever saved is actually right now! on kokomi's last rerun last year i pulled for her and after that I started saving for navia. I got navia within 30 pulls so I currently have 223 wishes (around 35k primos) for arlecchino and chlorinde saved :D

Wow seeing comments made me felt great. I tought i was slow but nah i realised i’m fast like others or faster than most of them. 600 primogems on every abyss feels so nice and rewarding also.
hey kato! what do u think about doing something like 12 pulls a banner challenge? basically u have to do a single pull, a ten pull and another single pull on every banner xd it feels more like pulls decite that way, just an idea tho 😅

I don't remember my primo saved record but on my main account I didn't wish on standard for about a year and ended up with about 120 acquaint fates.
I do know that event primos are usually about 2400 per patch. Patches that add new map areas probably more than double that not including quests.
As a side note, the amount of primos you managed to get in four hours when converted into their approximate real monetary value is well below what a minimum wage job in the US pays in that same time frame (even after taxes). There is no real take away from this. I just thought it was funny.
Yea youre right. My takeaway is: get welkins, do optional daily commissions and play the rest of the game however you like OR log out and live your life :)
I remember saving around 30k for Albedo first rerun since he was like the last main character I really wanted at the time, and I saved for about 2/3 months until he FINALLY got a rerun banner. Which I got him and lvl 90ed him and triple crowned him day 1 I got him. His event weapon was the first weapon I lvled to lvl 90 and got an achievement from it.

I’ve been saving since Chenyu Vale came out and I’m at 96 fates at the moment. That area is amazing for primogems, there so many big boi chests
Came back to genshin 3 weeks ago now maybe 4 started from the beginning of inazuma recently finished Fontaine I got like 120 wishes from world quest and story and na bit of exploration but I’m nowhere near complete I still haven’t ascended my world level some places are at 20% exploration I haven’t finished all my world quest my statue in Fontaine Sumeru and inazuma are like at 1-4 and I haven’t even explored the new area of liyue I can say confidently after I’m done I’d get like another 120 wishes maybe 160, so I would say genshin does kinda gunratee you primos but it’s annoying and slow but you can get ur dream 5 star so go for it
3:20 after i lost my 50/50 on furina banner i just started farming for her rerun, i dont remember how much i have right now but for reference i had 17k primos during navias bannet
just a week prior to raiden rerun last month i was panicked bc i was at 75 pity and a 50/50 and i dont have luck in winning any 50/50s, so I last minute farmed for atleast 6 hours for only 3 days and managed to save 50 wishes (i lost the 50/50 as expected but got her at early pity)
back in march-april 2023 i had saved around 20k primos and 30 fates for Kazuha (and his weapon). mid april nahida had a rerun so i spent some of the fates on her and got her, then continued to save. in the end i managed to save 200~ fates for kazuha, and with all those pulls i got kazuha c0, freedom sworn and light of foliar incision!
now im saving since mid february for columbina; i have around 6k primos and 20 fates so far
which 200 pulls would be around 32k primos i think

I was trying to get nahihi cons in the last banner and i get c1 and build some piti 36 and when the banner of nahida ends i start farming for kazuha and i manage to get 28 wish and i am still saving

I had about 35k primos saved (with some spent here n there for new characters) back in February 2023. Just doing events, abyss, and ofc dailies. Saved for about 4-6 months plus all the shop resets. I was wishing on the Yelan reun with hu tao and got C1 Yelan and staff of homa. Good times 😊
I saved all of raidens banner and i got almost 80 wishes i ended up getting nahida with those and right now i have 21 wishes and 9.3k primos i really want furina hopefully i can get enough by then oh and i have no where 100% tho i do have like 93% in dragon spine cus i really enjoyed that area
Atm I'm at 324 wishes saved for the next Childe rerun, I'm planning to c6 him, so hopefully I'll have enough when he comes back. I would have more, but I caved in and had to get Neuvillette right after I started saving after getting my first Tartaglia const in 4.0 + I didn't play for a few months after that so- Though, I still have all the hangout events, characters' story quests, some archon quests and an embarrassingly high number of world quests to finish + I need to 100% some areas, do stuff in the serenitea pot, etc. so I'm confident I'll reach at least 420/450 by the end of the month.

I don't really remember when I started saving but I was saving wriothesley and got 80 rolls, which were the most I ever saved. Now I'm saving for AL Haithem and I have 106 rolls for him and hopefully his weapon (I'll keep saving until his banner comes)
Wanted Raiden but also C2 Nahida (from their most recent banners) and after I got Raiden I started saving. I believe I had around 50 pulls by the time Nahida's banner came around (if I remember correctly I'm sorry I have a terrible memory)

I currently have 78 wishes (12,480) and started saving (with welkin) end of 4.3/beginning of 4.4. I’m at 70 pity and guaranteed, but have no idea who to go for. I’m just not interested/already have the rerun characters, and Chiori just doesn’t interest me. Might go for Arlecinno and Clorinde?
I have 240-ish wish now (with 66 pity on event banner), i was saving since furina banner for wrio and kokomi, but incoming mini-neuvi be like: nope, i want my weapon and c1, so yeah my saving fund in danger now haha

I've been saving since the beginning of this banner, since I already have Yae & Xiao and don't want to pull for them and currently have 48 wishes saved up, with a few more days to go :) I've never really saved up before but I really wanna get Itto and Neuvi and having 48 wishes just from saving on this banner makes me kind of proud of myself :D Good luck on saving and may everyone get their wishes granted 🙏

i’ve been saving since neuvilette and i have 317 fates for him rn :] i want to get 50 per patch so I’m grinding through the new area LOL. thankfully with each region the exploration becomes more fun and interesting so it isn’t too bad!! if you’re patient with genshin then it’s easy to be ftp imo -v-
