Yep, as far as I am concerned...age is but a number and I will be a rocker until I ain't no mo. The loss of Taylor definitely made me shed a tear or two. Nope, never met the man; but, the many interviews I seen of him, the musician's talent, the respect from his peers and the love Dave Grohl had for him....I don't need nuthin' else. Thank you Taylor for busting your ass, climbing through the ranks and collaborating with one of the biggest musical and marketing geniuses of our time. You rose among Kings and became Emperor. I will always remember being impressed with this young kid (great man) from the time they aired an Alanis Morissette concert in the early 90s. First impression, " Check this guy channeling the Copeland! We have definitely not heard or seen the last of him." 16 years later after he had been in Foos for two studio albums, I finally realize who the fuck he is and that Hawkins, not Grohl has been laying down those greasy drum tracks. I was already a major supporter of Grohl and the Foos and this was icing on the cake. He integrated into the Foos so seamlessly...fucking AMAZING talent, great father and loving husband. RIP little brother. Words can't describe the shock I and millions of others are feeling right now. But this was your journey and I feel you lived it like you wanted and needed.
