Ship of Harkinian basically went through with making a PC port months ago before it was fully decompiled because it was so similar to ocarina of time, you can play it on PC right now already. They called it 2Ship2Harkinian.

They were still working on it over a year ago. It hadn't been 100% decompiled until the 23rd of this month.
