Mai apko ek chiz recommend krna chahta hu, premamnand ji maharaj ke videos dekha karo. Unke videos bas 10 din lagatar dekh lo tum aur jis bhi bhagwan ko mante ho unka naam in 10 din me har samay apne mann me lete rehna hai. Fir dekhna 10 din tumhara mind aur mindset kaisa hota hai.
