I played along using my system and beat you quit a bit!! Started with $2,000 and ended with $8,352.50!!!! It does involve the using the martingale, but only when you are supose to win a hand! So I made $6,352.50!! 😉 The differance with my style of play is I stay down when your supose to loose the next hand while you Martingaled.....And when my sytem says WIN for the next hand I bet $150 and Martingaled to the win!

Jokers screwed up the whole system because you got a card out of sync with the decks. Also crying about $5 bets is a total turn off. Most people are happy with winning $5 at a time

One little wrinkle I would add. Press one unit starting on a $5 win, that way you would take advantage of a winning run. Then when you have a loss, martingale based off the initial $5 bet.
Trying to catch a run is a losing strategy.

Good job , I did martingale several years ago won 10k at a casino. But eventually learned the hard way to not do that.
And when I got to max table amount would not go back to minimum but rather do the previous bet if I won then go back up to the max. Kinda double if you win on the way down. Don’t lose like 10-12 in a row. It can happen though

When I go to play BJ , I go down with $200 and put it all up , if I win I roll the whole thing back .... Either I come up nice fast or lose quick .... All u need is to hit two hands in a row ....I did it once and rolled every win over 5 times in a row and won 5 straight hands .... Won $3200 in 15 mins ....

if youre playing the $5 side bet at Rivers it could be a lot. suited wins progressive (sometimes over 100k) all same color 10% progressive or any 7s 200-1

martingale is always profitable if you have the funds, thats literally the point. most casinos have a min and max bet tho. with a $5 per hand, the max bet is usually 1000 or 2000. so he was done after 4-5 losses w no way of betting

@Ibrahim It is VERY RISKY betting system. If you lose five hands in a row, you are down -5-15-45-135-405 = -$605 with an initial bet of $5.
Besides, you can never beat Blackjack by just playing Basic Strategy. The House is still in favour.

4:33 seems more favorable if double on 4's pair against dealer's up card 5&6 as per basic strategy chart.
Actually supposed to split 4's on a 5 or 6 - Only cards you split a 4 on.

What I like about this strategy is you can win once and made your money and get out of the game. Quick in and out. :) Win 10% of your buy in.
Or you can lose immediately -$605 with just a $5 unit bet. All it takes is five losses in a row.
YES you DO hit 12 against a 2 or 3.
Martingale method is simple - but not effective over time. Martingale tells you to raise the bet when you lose - instead of when you win. It doesn't work so well with higher table minimums and a modest table limit. Any player that sits there grinding out small $5 wins waiting for the opportunity to take more risk as he starts losing - is not playing smart.
I know a better system. Simply watch the cards come out and if you are getting beat while holding small cards - stop and sit out one or two hands. Small cards favor the Dealer. Let the supply of small cards exhaust itself then get back in and anticipate a win. As you win - raise each winning bet 50%. Try to rack up 3 wins then reduce your bet and start again. You don't have to play on every hand that's dealt. Also, it's a good idea to change tables and Dealers often.
(YAH Right and get "Banned" for potential Card counting by sitting one or two hands out?? Also better have your Players Card handy ALL Tables and pit bosses Frown at you if dont have one!! That's a "Red Flag" for them for potential card counters because they Literally don't know who you are without a Players Card!! Good Luck on that one!)

I think your imagination (or timidity) has gotten the best of you. Every BJ player is a potential card counter. So what? The casino is not going to hassle you unless (1) YOU ARE WINNING A LOT (2) your betting pattern raises a flag. They're not going to get their shorts in a twist if you pass up a hand here or there. Certainly, as the cards come out to each player you can quickly determine whether the net flow of high cards to low cards favors the House or the Players. If you can't do that without rubber-necking then you DESERVE TO BE BANNED. Thus endeth the Lesson.@@Alstars2006

Here's how to win. Bet 1,3,7 progression after 3 losses repeat. And I personally wait for dealer to lose after 3 losses to bet again. If you win first bet profit is 1, second 2, third 3. Now, on average you will win 2 units every winning session and you will lose 11 If you lose 3 in a row. You will lose 3 in a row 14.6% of the time. 14.6 x 11 it's -160.8(per 100 hands). You will win average of 2 units 85.4% of the time. So 85.4x 2 is 170.8 - 160.8 equals to 10 units profit per 100 sessions. Which is great. You need a bankroll of 20c your maximum lose which is 11 so 220 units bankroll
