That moment when Reformist finally tries to make money, and realizes how nice it is to have money. (insert feel good meme). Daily notes: Yeah buying a few civic talents is a huge boost when you have enough points to have a decent statline. Now that you have started to make money, and you will reach act 4-6 more reliably. This is going to be my suggestion; Crafting as high as possible, while not ruining your point economy. Starting equipment; Chain Mail * 2. This will allow you to make the blacksmiths first quest in the prologue, which makes his 2nd quest much easier for you to do timewise. Trinkets are the same as in the past (hunting knife, boots, poison vial, marauder bag). You can spice it up as you go, but those 4 are always great to start with. When you have completed his quest, please visit his shop, and look at his hammer. It will make you money. Also he sells excellent neck, arm and leg protection, might as well utilize it. Money: Always upgrade your chest as much as possible, as it makes you able to grab so much more leather and herbs. (I know you said you upgraded it once, I would upgrade it even further, as it's just a good investment). Inventory management; You scavenged at 16:20, and didn't take the cloth, negating the usage of the marauder bag. I know it's nitpicky, I know you said you ain't good with the midmax'y stuff, but you waste an inventory space if you have a bag and don't use it. Especially as you used it 20 sec later when shopping -.- You asked if it's good to use poison; Yes, it's great especially early game where the enemies don't (usually) have poison resistance. But I sell it 9 times out of 10, as I like money more. Money is training, better gear, more herbs, bigger chest... more trinkets. And eventually more points. But that is my subjective opinion. Training with a coach is great, it saves you time (time = money). Remember you can use it in the prologue, and you are able to get insane weapon skills very fast by having money. (money = alcohol + training = success) Lastly, and this is just what I have experienced. It seems that crafting won't prog the *2 if you have no inventory space left. I have done some light testing on 25-36 crafting with the talents, and it seems like the case, so it's worth trying to take a 2nd look to make sure you got the space so the poisons don't get "wasted".
The chances of doubling depends on your craftsmanship skill. You should try to get gloves that increase your skill by 3, complete the blacksmith quest gives you his shop. You can buy this hammer that increases your craftsmanship by 5. Equip the trinkets will give your over 20 craftmanship. The chances of doubling tops out at 80% or 85%, then yeah, do the waterskin and medicine. make lots of money and then train with a coach.
Hello, you can stack poison on your weapon if it is the same kind of poison😊 I’d say 2 poison charges (each full vial gives 3)/ 1 dude that needs beheading is good as a rule of thumb. As for crafting armor, leather and gambisom ar like i 1 categoty. You can combine them with any mail other than plate class armor. Same goes fortypes of mail armor you can combine it with leather or plate. You could also divide them into „base layer” and „reinforcing” category. leather armor (reinforced one also) and gambison are a base layer only while leather cuirass is a reinforcement to some base layer (but you cant peinforce leather armors with leather cuirass, it has to be from diffrent category). Mail armors are like jack of all trades they can be both base layer and reinforcepent. Plates like plackart, demi cuirass, cuirass and fauld ale your tipical reinforcement over base layer. If you get your hands on any form of plate like plackard you had combining it with base layer will give you a big armor rating boost 😅 I recomend in character creation you buy highest tier of plate ”reinforcement” and normal „mail armor” just to combine it when you have at least 15-20 crafting and armorsmith perk. It will give you armor that I use for whole game. This one chest piece if you have unlocked fauld will get you through even chapter 6 and 7 when guys on lvl of de roches bodyguards are cannon fodder tier. It will also have almost no penalities With helmets almost all can be combined with aventail but some like salet or bascinet can be combined wit a visor or face plate, I always go with aventail as it gives more armor rating and neck protection + cover but a very slightly more penality. So yeah, that would be armor types and crafting 101, leve a heart if it was „readable” coz i can try and explain better a part if something sounds like mumbo jumbo😊
Good job with the sword but I think the axe will work just fine! You went from zero to hero and it seems this playthrough with some caution will reach the end of the story!I am eager for the next episode!!!
24:11 You could have crafted the plackard by combining with gambeson (eliminates stat penalties if crafting high enough). Plackard and leather armor works too, not sure if there are penalties. With axe/shield build, go for shieldmaster ring so you can bash enemies (Ring also increases cover) and finish off with axe.
At the beginning of a chapter, you don't auto heal until you do a camp activity. Any camp activity like pray or gamble auto heals you, except for injuries, that you need to pay the doctor to heal. But hp damage doesn't auto heal till a camp activity.

I am pretty sure it caps at 95% when you are at 30+, and have the craftman talent.
But other then that, I agree, with the you said.

Also I just hit same lvl as my grandpas birthyear, 1950 😂
All Hail Garbo the third! All Hail Garbo the third! All Hail Garbo the uhm... Fourth!
Hahaha! xD
Garbo is dead, long live Garbo!
i know it might not seem like it Reformist, but armor is *always worth the stat penaltys, so if you have a peice of armor always equip it !
+1, and the stat penalties are getting less severe the higher the craftmanship is. So it's a double whammy to not make them and use them.
Good job with the sword but I think the axe will work just fine! You went from zero to hero and it seems this playthrough with some caution will reach the end of the story!I am eager for the next episode!!!
I think my first time reaching an ending was with the greathammer.
Last couple of days I've done the same enter fight half hp mistake, even had medicine in bag haha
Yay another one :)

Sounds good! :)
I have no idea about armor craft combos so thanks for that too.
That was unfortunate

Haha seems like I learned that the hard way this time. :)
Sir garbo is going at it with poison maybe add like 3 skill points in crossbows and use poison on the bolts
Don't forget to train vitality, it procs colossus and you won't be so squishy
Absolutely will do! Thank you. :)
Hey yo
