You said TVS is the first choice when it comes to diagnosing endometriosis. Therein we look for nodules on uterosacral ligament. However it's not necessary right that the endometrial tissue does go to the uterosacral ligaments. (I might be messing up a lot of things. so need a clarification)

Just wondering: if there were any other type of abnormal internal bleeding, would conventional medicine recommend medical management? This seems like an insane approach to me and delayed my getting the surgical help I need for two of my last years of fertility.
