Ricoh How to fix Toner supply coil in Toner Hopper, Ricoh Color and Black & white photocopier?

When Toner is not empty but machine shows Add toner, please check Toner coil, if broken, need to fix.

Hello, I have a Ricoh 2051, which keeps on telling me the yellow toner is not set, I have tried to change toner but still the same error, I even tried removing the board under the toner cap replaced with an old board and the issue transfers back to black instead of yellow, now my question is, what else can I try to pass this error of yellow toner not set, any information shared will be appreciated
