    It's not the tenants home! Landlords should be able to kick tenants out with enough notice ! With interest rates rising and the rampant liberalism inflating and over taxing home owners ,landlords have no choice to do whatever it takes to get rent at market value.

    100% landlords are neglecting the property till it's unlivable so they can push out current tenants.

    Landlords own the property. They can do what they want.

      And one of things you can choose to do when you own property is lease it. And if you chose to lease your property, you commit to a legal agreement.
