A friend of mine was a baritone tech for them this year. It’s so crazy to see the quality of what they were able to put on considering the average age of the hornline was high school
The baritones at 0:15, but more specifically 0:18... 😭😭😭 the transition into that next chord is so beautiful. But really, this whole section is just so beautiful. Can't get it out of my head.

At dci southeastern championships we left early to go get in lines for merch before intermission ( yk before the huge lines ) and we ended up missing this show. I will never forgive myself for that.
I’ll never forgive myself for leaving during intermission for a pretzel, I missed the Academy 22. I also left for the BD lot circle. (I missed so many shows including the iconic mandarins and many more I’ll never redeem myself but at least I had someone record it)
Paaaaarrrrttyyyy poooopppeeeerrrrrr let the band have fun that’s what makes dci dci, no hate to guard I love them a lot they give the band life and adding visuals makes your show 18x cooler and entertaining

The Madison scouts rehearsed at my high school for over a week before the southwestern championships, it was awesome to see them practice

My brother was one of the trumpets and I am very proud of what they did! I know they they had very long practices and they worked really hard.
He also came back looking like a burnt tomato even though he used a lot of sunscreen. That would be me as well

They did make it sound beautiful. The Tank! One was pretty well composed in my opinion sounds identical to the original

my band directors were kind enough to cancel marching band so we could watch the DCI show that happened in ohio. Madison Scouts did not disappoint :)
