Amen Steve! This video was awesome!!! I’m excited to see more of them! I am having a hard time finding worship tutorial videos for the electric guitar. The ones Ive seen have jargon and equipment that I don’t have. I need a beginners course on worship electric guitar!
Thanks for the encouragement Ann. Typically playing electric guitar in a worship band is very different from acoustic. It also depends on the role you're playing as well. Some electric players are more rhythmic based and the others are more "lead guitar", filling in gaps, or creating ambience in the mix. I can cover all of these but you may still run into the same issue because electric guitars usually require more "accessories" than acoustics. Let me know what you think of all that.
Hi Steve! I miss playing with you. I hope that we can play together again soon. I love the idea that you have! If you are interested in collaborating online, I would love that! I would love to post simple tutorial videos for scales and improv on my new music blog that’s coming soon on my new website! So if you are open to me sharing your videos, let me know! I look forward to your videos!
Go Stevie!
