So many amazing cards, there is something about making a card for a cardmaker because you know they can fully appreciate it. Your Mum’s card just had one omission, there was a lack of Tunucks tea cakes in the kitchen :)

Those are all fantastic cards! What creativity and thoughtfulness! I was especially inspired by the first card with buzzing bees! Oh my gosh... I wanna know how she made them wiggle so much! My brother just got into keeping beehives & it would be the perfect feature for a greeting card to him. I also love that fold out multiple rooms card ... just love 3D stuff like that! Great Job to everyone who made the cards! TFS! 😃
Hi. I attached the bees onto acetate strips which I had curved with a bone folder. The acetate strips were then attached to the back of the trees and beehive and encased with a backing of the same shape. The bees were upside down so that they appeared correct once attached. I hope that makes sense x

What lovely cards! So much inspiration from some talented friends and crafters. I've been asked to make a card for a 9 year old who loves cars. I had been thinking of doing a card with the colour changing when you pull the tab but can't remember what the technique is called. And you have one there! What is the technique called? Do you have a tutorial? Thanks. Happy days in your new home with Monty (I just love daxies) xx
