Glad you enjoyed it. I'm not currently planning any ELRS content, but that may change in the future. I do use ELRS for cars and have been keeping an eye on it in general (I have some of the new Gemini gear from BetaFPV as well)
Is there a way that the idle up stays relative to the low idle trim? Then when you flip the idle up switch you can fine tune your idle with the trim? Does that make sense? lol
If you pick Offset+Default instead of Normal when setting up the High Idle Trim, you will get exactly that behaviour. That makes the High Idle trim adjustable relative to the regular idle, instead of independent.
@@adam_mawz_maas awesome thank you for the reply. I’ll look into this. The way you describe in your video, if you have a curve set up the curve changes relative to the where the trim is set. So when I hit high idle. My whole curve moves upward. I instead I used vars and repurpose my throttle trim. Now only the point between where the trim is set (high or low) and the next point on your curve moves. The rest of your curve stays the same. It’s wonderful! Lol can you make a video about that. I think people will appreciate it. I certainly appreciate you🤙
Your videos are awesome and very helpful. One little suggestion. Did you know that your youtube videos only have sound on one side (right side?) sounds really wierd with earphones on.
Sorry about that, I was rushing to get this one out and forgot to fix the audio channels. Most of my videos have that fixed, it's an artifact of the Mic I use (dual mic setup, one unit per channel) which I normally fix in post.
Amazing,
I was looking for a simple way to setup two different idles.
Thank you
Glad it helped
Another great vid thank you.
Are you considering covering elrs?
Cheers 🤗

Yes, the solution I describe is just for High Idle, your solution is the way to go if you also use throttle curves
