    What happens if I use too much of the water to Kiefer grains ratio

    I have a hard time getting fizziness on second fermentation. Completely flat 😔 I was using correct ratio for first ferment but only had white sugar and was adding some currants.

    Nice video. Could you get clarification on around 7:50, before that you say unlimited lifetime for kefir grains to keep working but then you say 2 to 7 days?

    Good advice obscured by irritating and distracting background noise. Its not necessary.Very tempted to switch off!
