On a summer night in 1986, George and Ellen Smith were coming home from a camping trip when they noticed strange lights above their car. They stopped to see what they were and when they did they could see 5 non human figures staring back out at them. They saw a flash and 5 hours had passed. For months after unexplained headaches and nightmares terrorized them without explanation.

In March of 2019, an aspiring DJ composes a remix of a popular theme from a hit tv show. 4 years later, people are still commenting on his video much to his surprise. Where do they come from and how do they find his video?
"some say the mysterious puff daddy who dissapears a decade ago is behind it. Others say it was Tupac Shakur. The police have moved it to cold case. Maybe YOU? Find out tonight"
They used unsolved mysteries theme when JFK JR was on Leno in late 90s and its fucked up lol like his dad's death is an unsolved mystery lol .... the band played it like it was his Don rickles bull fighting music ....
The 90s were the decade the ufo cover up burst at the seams and kids were getting openly snatched by grey aliens and shit and people had to just make TV shows
Tremendous work as always guys! Now TWO synth acts I respect greatly have done awesome takes on this classic theme! The other being Street Cleaner of course th-cam.com/video/DCVSYZ93H8c/w-d-xo.html
In an isolated and remote area somewhere in the desert a man is found lacking any memory of how he got there. Minutes later in a nearby town, residents saw strange unidentified lights in the night sky... could this have anything to do with UFOs?
This is awful... It turned something genuinely foreboding into fuckin' ecstasy-filled rave music. The only people who could actually enjoy this bastardization are young Millennials/Zoomers who didn't even watch this show back then and have no idea what kind of impact Unsolved Mysteries had. They're only here through Internet osmosis and what's trending. This is a good example of the saying _"Don't fix what ain't broken"._
@@JanetStarChild I have no problem with critique -- I love to be a critic just like anyone else! I enjoyed the beginning and the end and wish I could say the same for the middle. A cover, in my opinion, is meant to keep the basic core of the original rhythm and notes structure. A good cover to me is one where you ou can take any 10-30 seconds of a song and identify what the it covers. While the middle was good music in general, I don't feel it was a good cover. It felt too removed. A solo here, a riff there or adding a few notes for flair style is what makes a good cover. Most cover artists like to add a solo that maintains the theme but adds their own spin. The beginning was solid but the ending of this song was great. I'd love to hear this artist do the whole song in more of the style of the ending.
Make me want to buy a fog machine and black trench coat.
i got a trench just meet me under the bridge at 3:33am with the dog machine. or a fog machine. google apparently wants you to bring a dog machine.

They are coming out with the show again. I vote for this theme.
I agree. I think that its searchable on Netflix but no episodes are posted yet.

the masses would love it?
OMG Best concept ever!!! I was literally just talking about how this theme terrified me as a kid!!
i know that feeling
It's still frightening
This some good quality Dark Synthwave right here.
Well done! You kept the original idea going while modernizing it, sound great 👍🏽
You should run some ads for this. This remake doesn’t get enough love, especially with the resurgence of synthwave in the last few years
Yo, this show use to creep me out. And still does till this day
Robert Stack's voice will never not give me the spooks.
Robert stack is an angel compared to the world ive seen. but back in the day; this dude was like ths harbinger of death.
YES YES YES! nice build up im loven this one. Well done my friends
Now that’s one theme song that’s classic and haunting and eerie
People at Netflix went for a truncated version of the theme, the final part (which is the "spooky" section, I believe).
This is WAY MORE SCARY than the original ever was. Like it sends chills down my spine, arms and legs.
No
No, it's not. It's outstanding music ... but the original made you not want to take walks at night.
That shit's fuckin fire. You really captured the essence of that piece in the intro
great job man

And FYI, all art are subject to critique as soon as the artist makes their work public.
