Thanks Jacob. Chuckling & Grunting are both covered on this video. Start watching at about the 3:50 mark and you will see instruction for both. Best of luck on your hunts this year.
Amazing! Mr. Chappell you are mindblowing! I am a professional singer and sound editor and just got into bowhunting a month ago. This is brilliant work. Thanks for sharing!
Very realistic. Steve, I live here in Arizona and have an archery bull hunt coming up in November. Some of the folks I've talk to tell me to go out early September and practice bugling. Will bulls respond back to call even before of post rut?
Thanks for the nice comments everyone. Ramsin, if you go out in mid to late September in AZ you are sure to hear bulls bugling. The bulls should respond back to you. I mainly cow call to bring them to me. On your hunt in November, the bulls typically aren't bugling much at all & that will be a tough archery hunt! :)
+fullstrutn Typically the difference is going to be in the stretch of the latex and thickness of the latex. These reeds also have a "Palate Plate" feature which gives a caller a lot of control & consistency with the call. Best of luck on your hunts!
Just an amazing instructional video. Well done, Steve.
Pretty good video. Thorough, with real life instances of elk calling. Very nice.
