Dear Moriel Ministries, I hope you don't mind me commenting (I see there are no other comments!). I listen to Jacob Prasch a great deal and am currently reading his books. I have great respect for Moriel Ministries. I am really seeking the Lord about this issue and I lack people to discuss this with, so I hope you don't mind me putting my toe in the water.
If one remains "under the Law", I see this as meaning that one remains "under the (condemnation) of the Law" because one does not have the atoning sacrifice of Christ's blood over one's sins when one breaks the Law. Conversely, if one does indeed have Christ's atoning blood over one's sins, one is "free from the (condemnation) of the Law", because one can repent and be forgiven when one breaks the Law because of Christ's atoning sacrifice. In this way, "Christ is the end of the (condemnation) of the Law", because one is not under condemnation of the law when one is in Christ (Rom 8:1). I believe that, once saved by faith in Christ's blood, we become indwelt by the Holy Spirit and we develop a strong desire to keep God's commandments, as God explains in Jer 31: 33, declaring that He will "put my Law in their minds and write it on their hearts."
However, I do understand that the Mosaic Law is transformed under the New Covenant to become the Law of Christ (Gal 6:2). I believe this because a) The Mosaic sacrificial system for transgression and iniquity under the New Covenant becomes obsolete; b) Jesus raises the bar of the Mosaic moral Law so that simply keeping the letter of the Law is not what God meant (eg, Jesus's Olivet discourse); b) Rather than demand recompense via the letter of the Mosaic Law, we are to repay our offenders with the same mercy that we have received in Christ. However, that is not to say that we can be lawless with no eternal or social consequence (Rom 6:1-2). Paul states that Christian obedience leads to righteousness (Rom 6: 15-16); not that we are saved by that righteousness, but that once saved we are all called to walk as closely to God as possible and keep his commandments, and where there is sin and transgression, these will be forgiven through Christ's atonement in the presence of true repentance.
I am a gentile saved by grace, but I love to honour the Sabbath because God sanctified the seventh day in Gen 2:2-3. For me it is a creation ordinance and honours God. But if I do not honour the Sabbath, I am still saved (I am not a 7th Day Adventist or a legalist). I do see great significance in the LORD's feasts in that they reveal the storyline of redemption, in particular celebrating Christ in the Passover. The autumn feasts have yet to be fulfilled and this is very exciting, particularly the Feast of Tabernacles at the commencement of the millennial reign of Christ (Zech 14:16-20). I also see great significance in Isa 66:23 that "all flesh" (not only Jews) come to worship Christ "from Sabbath to Sabbath and from new moon to new moon." From this I understand that the LORD will maintain (or re-institute) his Biblical calendar (not the pagan Gregorian or false Rabbinic one). I take the view that the LORD's Feasts are still meaningful in the New Covenant because, in addition to symbolising our present salvation, they also foreshadow our future final redemption in that they extend beyond the crucifixion of Christ to His second coming and establishment of His millennial reign and indeed the wedding supper of the Lamb. And for this reason, I do not see the problem in commemorating them symbolically with this in mind, because they tell out the full story and chronology of our redemption. But I am willing to be taught further on this and I would welcome any deeper teaching. Many thanks.

Quite beautifully said. And this is not a concept that's quickly grasped. Many overlook the words of christ that don't understand this. If you love me
Keep my commandments. The spirit convicts and leads to obedience out of gratitude Also not S.D.A. but what a gift the sabbath is everyone should remember it the best way they can. Once a week a reminder that the father son and holy spirit created the heavens the earth and all that is in it. Also a shadow of things to come. Blessings in christ

Big facts. I wonder how many would bring up Hebrew translation and say he’s wrong. As if they know the langue better. I’ve honestly found much better more educated information about how the new and Old Testament related/work, from Jews who believe in Jesus. Un ironically. I saw a video of some “messianic” Jesus believe Jews discussing how Christmas isn’t pagan. Because the idol was put in the tree. The idol wasn’t the tree itself. And how the solstices and moons are not intrinsically pagan. They’re times for gathering and fellowship and how in Judaism it was always about removing the paganism and keeping what is neutral. Not throwing the whole thing out. I find Jewish believers in the lord to be the absolutely best sources of information for understanding the word. Especially when they know or at least have a lot of Greek knowledge as well.

Do I say this from a human perspective? Doesn’t the Law say the same thing? For it is written in the Law of Moses: “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned? Isn’t He actually speaking on our behalf? Indeed, this was written for us, because when the plowman plows and the thresher threshes, they should also expect to share in the harvest.
    1 Cor 9
Why does Paul say that torah command was written for us?

Joh 14:21 WEB One who has my commandments and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him.”
Sabbath was instituted before Moses, and it is a shadow of what is to come:
Heb 4:9-11 WEB 9 There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10 For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his. 11 Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience.
This has not been fulfilled yet:
1Co 15:24 WEB Then the end comes, when he will deliver up the Kingdom to God, even the Father, when he will have abolished all rule and all authority and power.

I am holy because he is holy. I put on Christ. It's the same way with righteousness. I am the righteousness of God IN CHRIST JESUS. I am the holiness of God, in Christ Jesus. With each portion of grace, there comes more light...I realize that should I have a sinful thought, Christ has already forgiven it! I am free in Christ. His grace is sufficient.

    How about this one?

I’m so happy to see this. Especially coming from a Jewish man. The Hebrew roots people that say obedience is keeping the mosaics law as closely as possible is absolutely insane. But some of their arguments are seemingly strong. “If you love me. Keep my commandments” well hard to argue with that. But that becomes a slippery slope. “Jesus did it. So we should” well. That’s also a good point. But again. How far can that be walked out? Are we gunna die in a cross for others? I mean where is the line drawn? And for gentiles. Who grew up gentiles, and don’t fully speak or understand Hebrew. They just know what words and stuff they’ve learned online or in books to then tell Jewish people who speak and understand the langue as one of their own that they’re wrong and don’t understand the Hebrew correctly is absolutely insane.

Therefore let no one judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a feast, a New Moon, or a Sabbath. These are a shadow of the things to come, but the body that casts it belongs to Christ
    col 2
Wouldnt a jewish believer read this differently than a gentile chrisitian? The jew might think dont judge me for keeping sabbth. The gentile might read it as, Sunday is fine.

if a gentile becomes a believer and decides to not buy or sell or work on shabbat he is not to let anyone judge him for doing so.how many new gentile believers went to the temple on shabbat in those days?the Sabbath is a day of rest and every day is a day of worship

Jacob, The oldest trick in the book is twisting His word that we can be like God. That we do not have to do things God’s way but we can do what we want and be like Him.

Christ is the end of the law to those who believe,God Himself was in Christ, not imputing sins and tresspasses unto men,and took the law and the ordinances that were held against us an took it out of the way, nailing it to the cross,it is by grace you are saved thrugh faith and that not of your selves,it is the gift of God to those who believ it.

We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
    New Covenant Whole Gospel:
Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth.
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by
husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
Watch the TH-cam videos “The New Covenant” by Bob George, and David H.J. Gay.

Stephen called the congregation under Moses God's church. We have Job, Ruth, Abraham, and Isaac who were gentiles that at the time made up part of God's church. While many of the laws had a Jewish flavor and pointed to Christ and are no longer needed, other moral laws that are on the books can be attributed to believers. Unfortunately the only One with the purest and perfect doctrine is the Lord Himself, and since churches have gone in every direction with regards to the old testament law. Here you have to take the bible en totale. Psalms 1, 5, 7, 11, and others say that God hates the sinner, for example. God does not change. So there is a behavioral requirement. In Matthew 25 the parable of the sheep and goats the Lord will judge those that lived through the great tribulation by their treatment of the saints. How much more great should our own judgement be? On the other hand the man that lacked the wedding garments was taken from the feast bound hand and foot and thrown out. Moral of the story: Don't disrespect the Lord with your behavior. He saved you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm.

Yeshua did away with ordainaces of the cerimonial priesthood. Those coming into Yeshua were to go into the synagogue on Sabbath to learn about God's laws. If the law, by the power of the Ruach is written on a believers heart, its to keep it. Yeshua came for the lost sheep of Israel whom James writes to. Read Hosea..
Jacob Parash is teaching lies. There is no separation between a jew coming to messiah and a non jew.
