White, Poyer, and Hyde played a total of 4 games together in the last 2 seasons. They are aging and injury prone. I genuinely believe the Bills are no worse off without them.

I don’t understand the meat riding for Gabe Davis. Hyde and poyer were getting older and sustaining injuries. Floyd was a 1 year guy. Bills were winning towards the end of the season without using diggs.
Floyd was a 1 year guy, but he was still the biggest loss. Pass rush doesn't grow on trees.
Davis was always feast or famine. But he's since been exposed by opposing DB's who know he only runs 2 routes. I'm not sure that's the loss that they are making it out to be.
Only real loss was match Morris and they had a succession plan. Buffalo will win 12 or more in 24 barring injury

Never understand how people say the afc east is bad. Only clearly better division in the afc is the north. I'd argue the only division better in the nfc is the north as well lol.

It’s north south east then west. South has younger talent and less injury warning from those teams. East is good but tua is a good qb that can’t beat good teams, josh Allen you never know what you getting when he’s on the field, do the pats even have a qb, and jets will Rodger’s and most of the team stay healthy
South and East are probably tied. East has more established teams but South has younger teams with higher expectations. West is definitely worse and East is definitely better.
As a chief fan. West is so weak. Guaranteed playoff birth. Don't even have to open the playbook until post season and then the free TDs come out. Hotdog/tom&jerry etc. They're a mess trying to beat us. Didn't make sense to me with the patriots back then. Now I understand the foot shooting that takes place once you dominate.

Facts
Nick is blinded so much by his love for the Chiefs, that he thinks that his team raises the floor for the rest of division being complete trash right now. Then add in his love for Trevor "The Prince" Lawrence, and Stroud's rookie year and all of a sudden the AFC South is also superbly good, for some reason. We all know the 2 best divisions in the AFC (and arguably the league) are the AFC North and AFC East.

Buffalo has been favorites to win a SB for the past three years. To think that they are being overlooked or counting them out is simply ridiculous and I am not even a Bills fan.
I don’t get the reasoning here, because Josh has the best playoff stats of anyone not named Patrick Mahomes. Those mistakes Nick is talking about don’t get made in the playoffs. If you want to say the defense is why the Bills won’t be a championship team I can listen to that, but it’s NOT because of Josh.
been my argument since the start. Allen has insane playoff stats makes excellent decisions and executes with precision. We missed the Superbowl because of an injured defense that couldn't hold the line.

In my eyes, they really only lost supporting players.
They kept their best DB (Rasul Douglas)
They kept their best LB (Matt Milano)
They kept their best D-Lineman (Ed Oliver)
They kept their best O-Lineman (Dion Dawkins)
They kept their best TE (Dalton Kincaid)
They kept their best WR (Khalil Shakir)
They kept their best QB (duh)
Leonard Floyd is their biggest offseason loss in my opinion, but if Von Miller returns to form, that too is minimal.
As a bills fan the biggest thing is how the safety play will be. Hyde and poyer weren’t in there prime last year but the veteran stability might be tough to replace. But WR and CB will not be an issue as some people think
Von is gonna be 70% of what he was but that should be fine. But I’m worried about yalls defense overall.
I don’t think von will be the same so I don’t think the bills can go far because their defense is probably gonna be 21st, maybe 18th. And 18th gets them to the playoffs but I think it needs to be 13th-ish for them to make the bowl. Or Josh is gonna have to let the cannon fly and hope the chips finally fall in his favor.
All that and they still will not be able to beat the Chiefs

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. The Bills didn’t get it done with the aging players they had. Those players weren’t going to get any better, they were on the decline….time for younger, more athletic replacements. The Bills will be fine.

@iswavy308 he has been surrounded by all pros his entire career and still can get it done. Even very high level qbs struggle when their contract is more than 18% of the cap. Dak is slightly above average so if he gets a top of the market contract you will see his true ability when he is not surrounded by top level talent

Me- These last few years, those big name guys were injured on the sidelines, or rehabbing, going all they way back to 2021 when Tre' White blew his ACL. (Diggs is the exception). The 2024 Bills are going in with a less stacked roster, but with younger guys who they can reasonably rely on. They're ranked just right. BTW- its weird that Nick is the one to point that out. LOL.
