I know this is a counter video, but in your 3 back stuff if the Sam is effecting the play do you think going power instead of counter would solve the issue? Have the play side sniffer kick out the DE and the Guard still wrap for the backer. Have the backside Tackle climb to the Sam and the backside sniffer kick out backside end which should be easier because of the flash from the T. Could possibly make for an easy transition for your players to power read as well.

Am I trippin or was the 12 on the field

I think you might be trippin, or you are counting the letter Q behind the circle for the Q as a player. Would be better with 12 though!!!!

Coach Mac u right I thought Q was a player but 12 would be unstoppable 🤣

Coach, have you removed any videos since taking the new job? We are looking to run something like University of Auburn and you seem to do a lot of that same sort of thing, but when I looked at your stuff, there appears to be less than I remember.

I think I was able to find more stuff. Would you be willing to share if we want?

Hey coach, can you explain why someone would have the fb and backside guard switch responsibilities? Meaning the FB kicks out the end and guard pulls for LB.

Coach, I can't think of a reason. To me, it makes sense to have the guard kicking and the H back wrapping like Coach Mac had them. The guard is generally a bigger guy than the H back (although in some cases, not significantly bigger), so you want him matched up on the defensive end, and then the H back is going to be matched up on the second level defender they are pulling for (kind of like BOB pass pro). In a lot of cases, the H back is probably faster and more agile than the guard, and is thus more capable of carrying out the wrap block. Finally, because of timing, you want the kick out guy to be the guy aligned near to the playside, and the wrapping guy to be aligned far to the playside.

From what I saw from the Gus Malzahn playbook executed the Power O scheme with the FB kicking out the DE while the backside guard does the kickout on the Counter Attack. The footwork will further explain the details. Here's the link to the page.
