ALSONTECH 3D Vision-Guided robot for automated loading of hybrid power units

Between electric vehicles and gasoline cars, there is also a choice of hybrid vehicles. The video showcases our visual solution for automated loading of hybrid power units by robots, provided to a renowned Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturer. This solution addresses the flexible requirements of different types of workpieces and varying forms of incoming materials at the workstation. The video features a mid-fov 3D camera, the AT-S1000-04A, which uses laser imaging and is flexibly mounted on the end of the robot arm to perform high-precision and accurate positioning and guidance functions.
