I am a youth belongs to the age group of 18-25. I am underemplyed and many of my friends are unemployed. And seriously I can say that the problem lies in getting no guidance from schools and universities or from any such institutions about how to find out what to do in career and how to do that. Having no guidance causes a lot of problems and this problem I think lots of people of this age group are facing. Also some of the other major reasons are increased social media addiction, and engaging in activities that are causing them waste their time and so their future.
@@piyushsinha2525 The problem is not unemployment, rather it is the attitude of employers who are looking to employ only IIT and IIM graduates for peanuts. Experience still matters. Having said that there is another aspect of colleges producing graduates without giving them hands on learning restricting them to just theoretical knowledge.
The problem is not guidance but lack of search for it. Insta reels and TH-cam are not guided by anyone but youth is finding out how to do it.. how to record video and edit it, how to put transitions and all.
IT sector job is not for mech, civil, electrical, chemical engineering. Indians in comment section need to learn this. India totally skipped manufacturing sector and is now focusing on service sector
Not really .. Its Automation killing manufaturing sector .. A 3 times big paint plant of bigegst Paint manufatuer in India uses high end robetics and number of people wmployed in that factory is less than 50 % of old factories .. Example : a 200 Tonne storage warehosue is now managed by one person after robotics came .. Even in ITES job reduced significantly after automation came ..
@@spg6651not really , automation is necessity for faster and cheaper production to be able to compete against global market price and esp against Chinese cheap labour products. We can't exploit our labour's with low wages neither we can sabotage our exports. A viable solution is more such automated manufacturing units to generate more employment and market competing products
Not really! I myself is an Mechanical Engineer but didn't get a job for stright 2 years after graduation, was compelled to do a job in BANK and then in IT, operations etc. Finally did MBA for salary growth. See everybody wants to earn handsome money and they'll do whatever it takes to get there be it IT or Mech jobs.
I work in Private Job and there are huge vacancies in IT and VLSI, but most of the youth are not at all skilled, forget about earned skilled, they don't even know what they have done in their graduation. Blaming Education system is not going to help, when we already know the problem, work towards the solution. If do not have skills, the lots of ton available on youtube for free for almost all the field, or else get enrolled in any offline institute for specific skill mastery. Today's youth is all about, dance, party, useless things that are costing them their future. That's why companies not letting older employees to resign or retire and not hiring fresher. No company wants to waste their resource to train a fresher, it's a huge investment.
It's very easy to blame victims. Get out of this mentality. Computers are not accessible to 95 percent of the population let alone learning about coding and stuff. Even then people are working learning and surviving somehow despite not having any kind of support. Like a miracle happening .happening.

14:10 this is the actual problem , I'm myself of 27 years old... getting job in india is a big challenge , plus work culture is pathetic .. companies try to exploit india's youth by making them overwork daily work hours is 8hr+ even in corporate world... If govt doesnt make strict strong & effective policies India will lose its golden era while most youth will migrate out of india!!
Now, the first person who raise the real issues of India... I am extremely happy for this. 😊 Older age population are getting 40000 pension from government but 12 hour regular working person getting only 10 to 15k 😢
Horrible..govt are purposefully blind against this situation..No state or central, no political parties are talking about this....looks like we lost opportunities..The mistake Indians have done by voting against Vajpayee Sir the reason for today's situation..Loosing Vajpayee Sir and Kalam Sir for second term is the biggest lost opportunity for India..it's blunder
There is a huge salary gap in private sector for people working as freshers and experienced employee even when they do same work for same amount of time especially service IT sector. All IT giants in India are paying same salary to freshers since 2010.
I agree, they need to increase their salary at least for freshers. But I would like to tell you that may be many service based companies are giving low salaries because most of the freshers are very new to corporates and they doesn't go to production from day one and companies have to invest a lot of money to train the freshers and also they have to take risk to give the employment to a fresher. Everyone has their own challenges.
There is no job in private sector. It's called work (a combination of low salary+low increment+ ma behan ki gali on daily basis + night shift work + any moment job loss + no social standing + very little chance to raise family + almost guaranteed hell in old age).
I'm not denying the fact that there is a not many jobs for freshers initially. But once you work in a company aquire skills and switch you are able to get a respectable salary. There are many friends of mine who are started from 3 lpa after 8 years is earning around 22 lpa from the IT Sector. He used to earn around 5 lpa until 2020.But the market became very good after that and he switched two times. I know you have to have patience and consistently acquire skills to do this. From your name,I understand u are from Kolkata and the problem here is there are a lot of youth who are not ready to move out of the city. The private companies take undue advantage about it and pay very less here even though u have a skill.I have been working here for 9 years and currently moving out.Hope people understand this fact. Even in a government job you will have to move from place to place temporarily. Move out and get skills from cities like Hyderabad and Pune.Move in to the city after some years when you are valued for your skills. I know this is hard to do but this is life brother.Nothing comes easily in India because of the competition.
Actually Every Indian Want to do Job but who will Give Gob India need to Invest alot in Skill , Efficiency , entrepreneur ship and Ease of Doing Business And Education with Practically
Education requires emphasis on skills not certificate. During BE In Computer science. I do remember there is lot less emphasis on working on industry. Students who were serious about technologies got the jobs. Regardless of what Percentage they obtained.
I graduated from Top college of north campus kirorimal also seen many in other colleges like SRCC,stephens students got package more than 20 lpa after their Bcom..
Seriously Computer science😂😂 if you are jobless even after being from CS or IT background then you are doomed. India altogether skipped manufacturing sector thus core trade engineers are unemployed but easily get employment in gulf countries . Even with lack of skills they are making Bhuj Khalifa😂😂
Over population, unemployment, society pressure, increasing competition in government jobs youth getting more attracted towards so called "sarkari Naukri" in today's youth is playing a very vital role as a young youth of India I really feel every single word of your sir father is above 45 and still earning for family and I'm still unemployed🥺🙂
Veryy true . 🙏🙏🙏 I think main reason is Central govt. as well as some other Govt.s also And Rich businessmans and politicians who are molding everything in country for their greed .😣🙏🙏🙏 I think people are so blinded by THEIR CAPITALIST AND ELITE MENTALITY that they think ALL UNSKILLED people should DIE with poverty.‼️😣🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I pray God to RESCUE EVERYONE and make people more sympathetic towards everyone. 😣🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Specially IT sector industries are hardly ready to give chance to freshers. A student can learn but can bring quality only by his/her live experience in industries. What if I tell you that student have to suffer just because not have experience , although he/she possess all required skills. Even referral matters a lot now a days then your skill to reach till HR interview. Bitter but it's truth.
Yes but only for those who want it and want hard work. Because in it for fresher the salary is low for first 1-2 year but after that growth are very high.. lots of jobs in it for skilled and educated persons.. but there is lot of people who want jobs without any skill.
Which skills we needed for IT sector for getting work...now currently i am college student and learn data science and data analysis this skill's soficient for IT sector
@@Rishabhgoswami-bq3fk try as hard as you can to get placement through your college. if you miss it and enter the market as fresher, you would have to make connections to even land you an interview opportunity.
This is a great India. Anything is possible. Unless uneducated are kept out of voting & govt employees are reduced further politicians are kept in jail for looting the public this country will be in drains.
Private Jobs: Need Experience...if selected, payed peanuts...no/low health insurance. Govt Jobs: 150000 candidates for 50 posts Youth: Helpless PS: I worked in private sector for an year. Had good knowledge than even my seniors. Got a serious health issue and now doctor say it will need an amount more than my entire salary I earned at job to cure myself. That is why the youth try for govt job. All financial load on father and mother. Life is hell. Unable to contribute, unable to produce anything of value, reeling in pain. If anyone see this post...try for govt job with good health benefits. Health is the real wealth 🙏
My advice to unemployed youth- Go to countries like UAE, Malta , Singapore , Australia etc and take up normal jobs . Salaries are good there instead of preparing for govt exams . There is a shortage of labour in those countries . I am also in the process getting my passport .
@@AbhishekSingh08 Try to find a good immigration agent . There are some good youtube channels like - Scorpdxb, Euro dreams etc. You can also persue higher education abroad .
The same I was thinking after watching your video on Japan. How will we survive when we get old. In our young age jobs are difficult, mostly we depend on USA Europe Market and for our old age is there any social security program? Who will pay our hospital bills. Opening shops is also risky, loan is not easy no proper pension plan
skills are a lie excuse for government failure to provide job ...The population is just too big every 5th person in the world is born in India it would be impossible to give jobs to everyone..I have studied in top college of north campus DU ..People are infact too competitive knows multiple skills. Most people learn skills with experience on the Job as the years most colleges follows the same curriculum prescribed by UGC or AICTE.
Governments job is not to provide jobs, but to create business friendly environment so that there will be more entrepreneurs and more jobs. Get out of this socialist mindset and criticize government with right reasons.

I am Civil graduate, Core civil company vacancies for fresher are near to negligible so how can youth get job even if they have good skills thats the sad truth 😢
It's better to do engineering abroad than India unless you get into tier 1 colleges. Civil engineers get very high salary abroad. You can do MS from USA, Australia,Canada, Germany (affordable). Salaries are very high and there is a labour shortage in those countries. I am also planning to go abroad for higher studies.
I actually read that Indian Construction companies are having shortage of Civil guys. 90% of the graduates have no knowledge and hence are not employable.
Because India hires only unqualified to build or design😂😂 Engineering is way too organised for an unorganised sector like construction in india. Abroad has an organised sector in the constitution not india More than 90% workforce in India is unorganised, hence they can't be taxed directly, they can't be accounted, they can't be controlled. Technically speaking if at all this issue is un addressed India will be creating an economic bubble with speculation and high optimism
The youth who have the willingness to work in the private sector is migrating to foreign countries as their opportunities are higher there. The government along with private companies should do something to stop this migration.
@@nacpatil The government should generate jobs through the private sector.Only then the Indian youth will contribute towards the growth of the country. Bruh, even in IT TCS, Wipro aren't hiring (there can be more), Accenture isn't giving hike. I do agree IT have better lifestyle, but it is also saturated.

Thank you for raising this issue. I am 30 and jobless. I am not saying markets do not have jobs they have but the salary is very low. That's the reason I am unmarried and searching a job that can provide good salary.
Please do not sit idle.If you had taken a job with low salary say at age 23-25. You would be getting a decent amount by 30 yrs. I started like that. Today I earn a decent amount after many struggles. So whatever opportunity comes initially, take up a job not for salary but for growing your skills & knowledge.Later on you will find new opportunities .Good things take time, be patient & keep working hard.
I think our youth should get themselves employed at fresher level no matter what salary is (of cource not below 12k per month). And get some valuable experience for 1-2 years. Try different things. Know which one is suitable for ourself. Most important avoid hasty decisions. 🇮🇳

In my friends group there are few CAs...According to them ..now a days establishing CA firm for young CA is very difficult...bcz old and already famous firm have almost audits and other works and even they are charging very high majority people want them only!!!
Education system is the cause of this major problem. Syllabus should be changed at once and youth should be made employable. From VIII standard onwards practical training should be imparted so that youth can be gainfully employed within two to three years. In our country even after graduation youth is unemployable.
Young work force busy in Dream 11 and TH-cam, online gameing, Facebook, Instagram, So busy young force busy in social media📺. Government should be start skill education and research and innovation from 6th standard Otherwise this kind of time pass youths useless and burden on nation
What are the examples of so called "skills"? What skills a civil mech or electrical engineer must have (that are not taught in college) to ensure 💯 job after graduation?
Why consider the age bracket 15-18 when there's rarely any mechanism for youngsters studying in schools that helps them with a job. Academic pressure is yet to be addressed, adding a job angle for students in this age bracket is still a far-fetched target.
We (India) have not taken advantage of the "Demographic dividend", that could have enhanced our GDP if employed fully. It is almost past, now. This should be seen against the global backdrop of deficient proportion of youth in populations to meet domestic demand of work-force - in countries of Europe (Germany is prominent) & Japan.

I have an observation. The govt ,instead of providing jobs to the youth, is making the workplace so miserable that the old people could resign forcefully and the youth could take their place. The govt is not in a mood to carry your job till 60. Like agniveer, the jobs in every sector are intended to last for 10 years Max. Then they are expected to make themselves atmanirbhar.

When the young workforce realising the corporate environment is not like it shown in tv, movies then they realise they they deserve the better opportunity so they up skill them which takes time..because everyone wants jobs or employment because all wants money but people realising either they now want to do innovation or startup or Govt Job or Private job then also it requires time that's why the young age population is not going out there directly on work force so if Govt want younger age population they need to provide good attractive packages to people or good environment then population will automatically go on work field also.

Government jobs should have higher salary and regular reviews of accomplishment, competition only for entrance is old age system. competition should be continued throughout employment. Firing for incompetency should be increased. Current scenario is that worthless people throughout the hierarchy is protecting each other and those who perform well standout and are shamed or put through hardships and eventually they give up and join the worthless bunch. InShort, behave partly like a private corporation.
Total problem is non practical work learning in schools. Improve schools working, because a child is spending 15 years in a school. Minor school follows major school franchisees like d.p.s. and that will be wrong working school network.
Funny, how people in comments blaming education system youth etc. But no one talking about a drop in total workforce. The GDP doubled but work forces reduces....you know who is to blame....govt wrong policy
And the main problem is that caste system, when a lower caste man getting government job by 50% but If the general caste going to get government job then there need 80% above with all skills...this is the huge mistake 😡
Caste wise cut off applied only for 15-20 per of available posts ,, remaining are un reserved .. if caste bracket students are 40 per of total population fighting for 20 per seats.. remaining gen. Has chance of trying 60-70 per posts.
Age of retirement in Govt. jobs must be reduced from 60 to 55 or 50....old age govt. employees are not only burden on govt. as they do no work but also do not let the younger ones work
Yes they should retire them at 50 when they still have to educate and feed their children after giving their younger years to the department... Or better at 45 so they are in the middle of their life and nowhere to work... Because a government servant should bear the burn of each and everything in this country
Due to extension of tenure (post retirement contractual engagement )of retired employees especially in PSUs and govt. Sectors, new job creation have become very limited. Company offers them contractual tenure on consolidated pay with no other extra benefits,it proves to be beneficial for the company and also the retired employees to enjoy some extra working (paid) years.
I think competent people are going outside India. Work environment and pay is obviously the problem. Me being 27 would not consider continue working in India in future.
I can see this problem in 3 fronts 1. Skilled youth who study from Tier 1 institute like IIT, AITEE, NIT they want to work abroad Because of lack of Proper Competative initial salaries, here Govt should make rules, that they should work atleast 1 Yr for Indian Companies like ISRO. 2. Young youth above middle should not get any benefits like Subsidiaries in Ration grains and free food unless they work, they should get Subsidiaries in bus pass and train tickets not on petrol etc 3. Govt should discourage UPSE, SSC and other govt exam craze if one is failing after 3 Attempts and family is middle class

Absolutely correct..

Blaming Education system is not going to help, when we already know the problem, work towards the solution. Today's youth is all about, dance, party, useless things that are costing them their future. That's why companies not letting older employees to resign or retire and not hiring fresher. No company wants to waste their resource to train a fresher, it's a huge investment.

birth rates need to be cut down. but young parents are not thinking the facts.

Give quality education in school as well as in college. Kids r getting d same education tat their parents recieved therefore tey r failing to bring fresh perspectives. Therefore plz enforce NEP guidelines. Thres needs to b a Massive reformation of education system ASAP. othrwise china is right jst having a big population is not enough having quality population is more important.
Educated unemployment is high.

The exam conducting bodies should make a cutoff for separate departments and also include unorganised sector in their portfolio, so that maximum vacancy is filled up by these exams and someone or the other gets a job.
Reservation is the main reason.
Mera bharat mahan....welcome to New India....itna accha vikas ho raha hai aur kuch log isko bhi pasand nahi karte!?!?....job ho k na ho ya business ho k na ho....vikas ho raha hai ...tum bs 2024 mai vote vikas acche se aur jyada ho isliye vote dene jarur Jana...enjoy new India...
Political interference will happen
Total problem is non practical work learning in schools.
Improve schools working, because a child is spending 15 years in a school.
Minor school follows major school franchisees like d.p.s. and that will be wrong working school network.
india needs to invest the most in quality education for the poor and maintain latest scientific curriculum in schools and colleges
Funny, how people in comments blaming education system youth etc. But no one talking about a drop in total workforce. The GDP doubled but work forces reduces....you know who is to blame....govt wrong policy
Education system also come under govt. Policy🙂.
I have been working on helping and guiding many youths and degree college students to upskill and be ready for lucrative job market ..
And the main problem is that caste system, when a lower caste man getting government job by 50% but If the general caste going to get government job then there need 80% above with all skills...this is the huge mistake 😡
True
Caste system ko hatao ,,, govt job ko bhul jao ,,,wo bhi dhire dhire collapse ho rahi hai
Caste wise cut off applied only for 15-20 per of available posts ,, remaining are un reserved .. if caste bracket students are 40 per of total population fighting for 20 per seats.. remaining gen. Has chance of trying 60-70 per posts.
Retirement age should be 55 or 57 it is good for youth after this so much vacancy we have.
Age of retirement in Govt. jobs must be reduced from 60 to 55 or 50....old age govt. employees are not only burden on govt. as they do no work but also do not let the younger ones work
50 Nahi 45 hi karni chahiye according to this video 😂
Yes they should retire them at 50 when they still have to educate and feed their children after giving their younger years to the department... Or better at 45 so they are in the middle of their life and nowhere to work... Because a government servant should bear the burn of each and everything in this country
@silksonic3927 sadly we can only go forward in controlling it.. reducing the existing would be genocide
i am 26 and still sitting at home
very well analyzed video...
jabtak post khali hi nahi hogi to vacancy kaise aega?? Retirment age ko 55 karna chahiye.. isse efficiency bhi badhegi.
Thanks now adays u r bringing important topics
Due to extension of tenure (post retirement contractual engagement )of retired employees especially in PSUs and govt. Sectors, new job creation have become very limited. Company offers them contractual tenure on consolidated pay with no other extra benefits,it proves to be beneficial for the company and also the retired employees to enjoy some extra working (paid) years.
I think competent people are going outside India. Work environment and pay is obviously the problem. Me being 27 would not consider continue working in India in future.
You can nourish and improve their skills in training period, if employer and employee both wants the same
I can see this problem in 3 fronts
1. Skilled youth who study from Tier 1 institute like IIT, AITEE, NIT they want to work abroad Because of lack of Proper Competative initial salaries, here Govt should make rules, that they should work atleast 1 Yr for Indian Companies like ISRO.
2. Young youth above middle should not get any benefits like Subsidiaries in Ration grains and free food unless they work, they should get Subsidiaries in bus pass and train tickets not on petrol etc
3. Govt should discourage UPSE, SSC and other govt exam craze if one is failing after 3 Attempts and family is middle class
Asal baat ye hai ki aaj kal youth ko entry level pe hi 50k ki salary chahiye chahe skill 10k layak bhi na ho
ASL baat ye h k plumber 4 ghanta kaam karke 50k kamata h. Or hum gende k phool h jo 35k m IT ki job kare 15 ghante genda dhisa kar. Abe bhole panchi, ye chor company Paisa nai deti. Warna IT job ki salaries 75k se start honi mangti. Kyu kare log in IT ki gulami?
Government is working on foreign policy, defense and infrastructure but nothing is being done for education, this is going to be a big obstacle for india progress
The problem is India has only high paying jobs in IT only
Even their also u get good salary when u switch. As a fresher I got 15k salary only in 2018. After 4 yrs I worked in same company and they raised it to 4.5 lac. Bt when I switched company then only it increased to 15 lacs. And to switch u need good skills and need to adapt to new company asap. otherwise in future they will release u. More than that now in foreign countries also IT engineers not getting job. Due to horrific scenarios created by AI.
May be one of the reason why youth workforce is declined could also be some people opting for immigration to different countries
15 to 30 years age group population is busy in master degree , and govt exam preparation
Toh kya kare ??
sarkar chahti hai startup start kro !!!
To private company mai 10 31 hjar ki job kree?
@@AbhinavTheCreator dear friend govt' job are limited. the ratio of getting govt' is 1 to 1000 or 1 to 10000, and every one can't get govt. job.
In private sector if you having good skill in after 2-3 year you will be in good position. Dear friend I am also govt. job aspirant and worked hard for 2-3 years and missed my State psc exam by 2-6 marks,
I felt I could not continue giving time only to Govt't job, so I started working in my domain in which I graduated and has skill. right now I am in a decent position, and optimistic about my bright future, even private sector opened various opportunities for me.
I am not against govt. job or aspirant who preparing for it.
According to me please have plan B, and I know many aspirants give 100% but Opprunitity is limited.
And yes in private sector people struggle in the initial year. but In last your skill keeps you different from those who struggle. vikas divyakirti sir said that jo log initially kisi bhi sector me 3-4 saal survive kr jate hai then vo aage accha hi krte hai.
I also suggest to the government should set age limit and Attempt. As I really feel bad for people even after 6 attempts they are not able to clear the interview. Many aspirants do not have any skills on the basis of which they can get a job.
SO wish you good luck.
Especially in Arunachal Pradesh
Very less youths are recruited
Skillful talented youths are lieing waste
The fact has been stated clearly with data. However, the in-depth analysis is missing which makes the video incomplete.
Nice video.... government is considering apprentice as job and that job is having salary of 5-8k
My father, uncle all got retired but gov told them to join job until they got 65..so how young officer nowadays will get job
if they get retired then govt will have to give pension. Late retirement age means less years for pension
@@AshishDoneriya I am saying what young will do?? Professor retirement is 70 yr nowadays
@@rupakkumarchattopadhyay2572 govt doesn't care for us. if somehow a person gets the job then govt. target is how to exploit that person.
Same bhai,,, hamare yha 60 k bad ek medical le kar govt ne 62 kr diya,,, ab fir medical liya,,, jo employee fit the 65 kr diya,,,
