Nice to have fert all automated! Your sprayer heads are much higher than most. Most are just above the grass. It was very nice that your dad got to go see the John Deere facility. I am sure that he enjoyed himself.

Do you get trouble with scorching with the pressure as high as that on fert? I was told to keep it below 2.5 bar. Usually run at 2 bar and touch wood not seen any scorching so far
I’m using OMEX fert. I like it so far…. This is my second year. I like the accuracy and the fast take up from the liquid. Works well. Like everything you still learn with it. In the longer grass where I applied it, I see it’s scorched it a little, so in future I’ll apply when it’s going to or is raining . It will recover now once heat kicks in this week, but it’s little things you have to Learn with it.

Yes you have to change the nozzles to a fertliser nozzle. I’m not sold on super soil. I feel if it extracts the nutrients out of the ground this year and help grass growth what replaces the nutrients for Next year.
You may go and buy another new tractor this year Gerry for next years trip 🤣🤣. The boom on the sprayer was quite high I thought for liquid N? I would have thought it would be lower to the ground?
No that tractor will do a while 😂 yes I usually have them but lower buy just put them up for when I was flying the drone. Was no wind so I could raise up with no drifting issue

Have you flown a drone when spraying….😂😂 you tend to keep books up so you have nothing to look at on the height front 😂

Did you have a 6x00 series John Deere on the farm before gerry, or did the 2850 do the job until the 6420 arrived?
We had a 2130 and 2850 prior to 6420 arriving. 😂

Some nice calves there, limousine cows served with easy calving limousine bull will have mighty calves with no bother
Why not do the headlands at last, so you dont drive over the liquid N, better for tractor
Like to do headlands first, I wash tractor and sprayer down after each time so it wouldn’t be that worried
Best stick to the limousin or charolais cross cows there hard bet
