Yes. Absolutely you can grow ginger. Just plain cocopeat and nutrients are required

Maine sat ko nutrient solution bnaya 200 ppm ka
Kal uska tds 224 tha aur aaj 236ppm h
Aur uska ph v increase hogya h
6 se 7.36 hogya h ph
