That is one truly amazing motorcycle . But as someone who's got used to more traditional bikes the foot clutch made me sweat at traffic junctions ! . Keep up the good work buddy.
open primary kick start only hard tail with a jockey shift. my kinda dude, old school biker. but trust me brother it really takes a toll on ya after some years. I wish I could still ride that style scooter for more than a half an hour.
Damn that was a scary ride with those handlebars and I’ve been riding all my life LOL I got into that. I thought I was on the back damn now I got to take me a nap.
That is one beautiful machine! Nice riding video and thanks for sharing it. (My bike was about that long back in 1976/77 and sometimes I wish it still was.) ;)
hi there, that was a really sweet ride on a really sweet ride. feckin amazing bike, love it lots. it's really stable with those long forks, just awesomely awesome. lol 😁 👍 👍 👍 👍
This is amazing! Would you mind sharing the details on what length the springer is, the geometry of the frame, rake and trail? I want the same stance for my ironhead but not sure how to get it to look the part and still handle well
The springer is 50.5 inches from axle to upper neck bearing. I guess its like +28. Frame 6 inches up and 2 forward with 53 deg rake. Springer has 5 deg rake and 6 inches rockers. Trail is 3 inches. Upper neck bearing is 43 inches from the ground. Wheels 19 and 21 inches. That is pretty much the spec. Bike is incredibly easy to handle even with those narrow bars.
Hi there, i enjoyed that way more than i thought I would, but i still can't have the bunny ears handlebars, gimme apes any day. Beautiful bike man, love the paint scheme and seat. I really love this video, cant stop watching it. Awesome video. 😎👍👍
Only change I would make is to try a single row 530 O ring chain on the primary and install a simple flat chrome oil sling guard over it that curves over the top of the motor sprocket and clutch drum...just to keep primary chain oil from fanning everything on that side with oil.
HUGO FUGUSEV You are right. Oil keeps flying around. I had a protective piece of stainless steel but it broke down due the vibration in couple of weeks. So I removed it. I should make a new one
I crashed my bike the other day. My right handle bar bent in a bit and it is hard to ride it. How do you ride in slow with those bars? Anyway I like your gloves, I can't find those locally in my country. It's hard to find pure leather gloves here.
Man idk how you guys do it, I rode my scooter with no front break and hellz no, it wasn't going to work out, I think I made it around the block and came right back home😎😂
This shovel is so nice !!! love it !!! PURE 70" chopper !!! like the foot controls , the springer ,the oil bag and wheels are so cool !!where did you find them ? I'm looking for invaders for my rigid 67FL but these wheels are even better !!gretting from Brittany France
Thanks Earlystroker!! I didn't really buy anything. It's all garage build stuff. Go to my picture site at rezi.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Shovel+Chopper and see a lots of pictures of the building process.
Do foot clutch wear out clutches or cables..I've ridden one my uncle loaned me but only for like a year until I built my own so I'm thinking on building a personal bike in my shop and want foot clutch.
It's just a basic Go-Pro. Holder is mounted on helmet with double sided tape. No shock absortion. Camera goes crazy when it's mounted on the frame: th-cam.com/video/5uyzckmRw58/w-d-xo.html
Hey Rider, what the name, and builder of your Lot of Wheele ???? I am looking, for change , the size on my Bike . Thank answers and congratulations on your Movie vidéo !!!!! 🍁
The only dangerous thing is no front brake. Turning radius is still better than any car. The clutch is a heel toe rocker that stays disengaged until you use your heel to rock it back. More like a real beautiful fun machine. Notice how smoothly and effortless it is to ride. It is not an unstable wobble machine. The rake and trail geometry have been properly addressed in this build. A rolling creation. You must be a dedicated, skilled and mature rider, yes. But just watch the vid, it sure does not look like he is tempting death in traffic to me. Lastly, any 150MPH crotch rocket sport bike is way more of a death trap. This bike is tame and safe by comparison.
_ Watch the whole video and you will see motorway riding 100km/h. The faster you ride more comfortable it gets. But I never really ride faster than 120km/h since it is the motorway limit here.
67 cuda Width of the bunny bars is meaningless as long as they are long enough. Bars like this are not turned like normal motorcycle bars but they are swinged from side to side. Therefore width is meaningless. Only length matters. Mine should be a couple of inches longer to be perfect and I will extend them one day
Farrrrr Out Man...Hey Man that's a cherry ride Brother watch out for the fuzz and ya need a skinny ass blonde on the back with Dolly Parton head lights..Keep on Jammin
Nathan Schweisberger Long choppers may look ridiculous for most of the people but they don’t need to be uncomfortable. Proper trail and bars will make it comfortable. Like this one.
NOW THAT'S SOME OLD SKOOL SHOVELHEAD THERE ONE HELL OF A LONG RAKE.I HAD A 77 SHOVELHEAD CHOPPER UNTIL A NEGLIGENT DRIVER DROVE DIRECTLY INTO MY LEG. 85% AMPUTATION UPON CONTACT WITH HIS BUMPER TO MY SHOVELHEAD MOTOR. IT WAS A GREAT BIKE! This is Old School, America in the 1970s all the way. brings back so so many memories. NICE real NICE. THUMBS UP ALL THE WAY.
Love it man, don't see many like that anymore, thanks for sharing!!! 😎

Is that one of the S & S 100 inch Shovel's
Ill just use a thicker seat when I’m too old for my sketchy bike. Jockey shift forever!
Damn brother, that is one beautiful chop!!! Thanks for the ride!!
Really captures the time when I first got the bike itch. Sensational!
....The 1970's.....if you had a Harley....it looked like this...!
Damn that was a scary ride with those handlebars and I’ve been riding all my life LOL I got into that. I thought I was on the back damn now I got to take me a nap.
The camera view
makes it look like I'm your friend, riding in the back seat
and this is the ride that I realize I need one of these : )
That is one beautiful machine! Nice riding video and thanks for sharing it. (My bike was about that long back in 1976/77 and sometimes I wish it still was.) ;)
Nice to see a bike you have to ride. Just saw a guy who turned a sporty into a tank shift HondaMatic. Nice bike.
I really enjoyed your video of the bike and the ride, loved the sound of those 2 into one pipes.
hi there, that was a really sweet ride on a really sweet ride.

Gorgeous paint on that tank!

Beautiful bike man, love the paint scheme and seat. I really love this video, cant stop watching it. Awesome video. 😎👍👍
Mikey mike Long enough bunny bars are very comfortable. Mine should be a couple of inches longer to be perfect. I will expand them one day.
I felt that ride.. felt good.
Totally Badass Chopper!
Fucken badd ass video ride on brotha
Absolutely beautifull bike
really nice to see the ride, thanks
your bike is super balanced, it would be a pleasure riding it.
I'm in love with your sled the only bike as cool as mine very nice u have very nice place to ride it
Nice tight ride. Beautiful.
Split boxes too!
That looks incredible lol I would love to take that for a ride, this is definitely one of the coolest choppers I've seen in a while.
That seat is like a thong for the passenger, love it. Have a blessed week my friend.
Great ride, perfect
Nice. I kept thinking’”Hope no car or animal makes this guy have to swerve or stop real quick.” Still, love that low rev kind of cruising.
Do u hav a auto clutch on that ace art werk yor rolling on. thanks no music 👍🏻😎
Long tall and skinny! Beautiful
Whell.. The front wheel.. Out of sight.. out of mind.. ;-)
I really like your motorcycle.
Realy Nice chopper god Work
He makes it look easy to ride
That old gal handles sweet!!!!👍😎

Very nice sickle
Thumb's up for that pretty ride. The quality of the build shines through. That open primary's not for me though...stuff of nightmares.
Awesome Digger
I'm running rabbit ear bars but it ain't working for me. I gotta go back to apes to get leverage. That's a sweet sled
Is there an adjuster on that primary chain/belt
Primary chain tension is adjusted by moving the gear box. Standard thing with open primary in big twin.
@@rezi-8691 just looks on the loose side
David Mccully I am running it almost dry and it’s better to be a bit loose
Very nice bike, congrats
Super stylish✌

Fuckin eh nice to see someone else running a foot clutch
rezi bad ass looks almost just like my 1972 Harley Davidson 900 sportster chopper 7 foot springer front end is your front end 7 foot?
Not quite that long. It's like 5 foot long fork
great scoot. . . thanks for the ride. . . . Later
Do foot clutch wear out clutches or cables..I've ridden one my uncle loaned me but only for like a year until I built my own so I'm thinking on building a personal bike in my shop and want foot clutch.
Bruce Kirk Foot clutch doesn’t eat clutches and there’s no cables. I have locking type of clutch not suicide so it’s safe and comfortable.
awsome!!!!! :) love this bike. crazy!
Did you see that one hand throttle control wow
I like hippie style!
ITS NOT A HIPPIE BIKE.HIPPIE,S DID NOT RIDE.
Chris Renek calm down there buddy boy
Chris Renek My thoughts too. I guess he's mainly referring to the paint and seat and the theme? Still a sick bike.
so awesome!!
Rezi, what is that camera setup you use? That's more than just a go-pro, is it not? Seems very balanced and like it's got shock absorption?
It's just a basic Go-Pro. Holder is mounted on helmet with double sided tape. No shock absortion. Camera goes crazy when it's mounted on the frame: th-cam.com/video/5uyzckmRw58/w-d-xo.html

Pascal Maupouet I build my choppers by myself. Make it long it can’t go wrong😊
That is badass.
Looks like Helsinki in Finland - The Scandinavian capital of motorcycles
Beautiful deathtrap :)

@@hyperluminalreality1 🤔 good reporting, especially on the clutch. No front brake is kinda’ freaky but he is a good rider.
Gorgeous machine. What’s the top speed on a Shovel...anybody know? Would it be good on freeway ?
Checkout a TH-cam channel called LanesplitBlvrd. They have shovel heads in California. And ride at highway speeds.

if that's a heavy bike he sure is lucky I want one I want one
WOAW 👍😎 Amazing
Fucking ass, that is one awesome bike, if you built it yourself, then i gotta say you got talent brother...keep building and keep riding...👍👍👍
Nice bike
I really hate how much those bikes yearn for attention, but at the same time I kinda like them
I suppose a 70s chopper is like a physical representation of a person. Authentic choppers are made by yourself uniquely for you.
@@NP-rh3dt too true, people say they're just ridiculous and uncomfortable, but they're the best bike you can have
Nathan Schweisberger Long choppers may look ridiculous for most of the people but they don’t need to be uncomfortable. Proper trail and bars will make it comfortable. Like this one.
