I know you mentioned that the concealer can look/feel heavy sometimes, one thing I do to keep my concealer from getting heavy/cakey is letting it dry for a few minutes before I blend it- you get way more coverage with less product and way less caking, Jackie Aina does this all the time and it works amazing for me!

Great video! I saw this in Sephora today and was shocked by the size. I tested it out in store and didn’t like it. However, after seeing your video, I don’t think I gave it a far shot. I just might pick it up. And I’m in love with your makeup in this video! Your skin is glowing and you eyeshadow is gorgeous!!
You are right about the concealer looking cakey if applied/layered in excess. Avoiding concealer around my nose bridge, going light with the concealer and just a small touch of powder all over the face is enough to give me the fresh-faced look:)
I’m really interested in trying this one. I have the Too Faced naturally radiant concealer and it’s my holy grail but sometimes I need a little more coverage. Thanks for the review and info!
Great review! I think it's great that you get so much product for the money. However, as someone who uses a small amount of concealer on a regular basis, I probably won't be able to use this up before it goes bad. This is especially true for me considering this product is so full coverage! Great for someone who uses a lot of concealer daily.

I prefer sheer to medium coverage foundations and spot concealing - would it work for this? Also, I always have a problem with concealers being very dry on my skin when I do this - do you find this to be a drying concealer?
So excited you did the review. I think I wear thicker makeup than you lol. I am very red. Have you ever used the Mac prolongwear in the past? I’m kind of hoping it’s like that. I just got the too face foundation and it’s good but I work in a kitchen and one side of my mouth chin area started breaking down and creasing. So today I mixed with with the tape matte shape tape foundation we’ll see how we do. I want to see every possible way. I feel like primers and powders make a huge difference. Just like I feel like eye creams can affect concealers. I bought mine at the launch (forgot to use ebates :( ) so I haven’t gotten it in the mail yet can’t wait!!!

Kelly, are you ever satisfied? They bring out more colors but its not enough for you? I only want this product as a concealer. I have plenty of contour products and I am not buying 3 of these products. I have been using this concealer for about a week and I really like it. Its not as good as Tarte Shapetape as far as coverage but its a good concealer in my opinion.

Just because there is a shade for you, doesn’t mean that there’s one for everyone ;) And even though you’re only interested in concealing, there are still other people that want to contour with this who are unable to. I was absolutely satisfied with the concealer (which I said in the video!) but for me to do my job properly, I need to discuss the pros AND the cons. If I only spoke about the positives, it wouldn’t be a very helpful review. Hope you understand! xoxo
I kind of felt the same as you, 30 shades is not enough?? She makes mention that there are a lot more light shades than dark but I feel like thats because there are typically more variations of light skin shades than darker skin tone.
Does that mean they're discontinuing the original born this way concealer? Or is this the same product just repackaged? I really liked the original concealer. Great video, thanks for the info on value. Some of those were shocking numbers. xx

My concern with the size is that I wouldn't get through it in time. I can't finish the Shape Tape before it starts to go bad, so the value doesn't seem worth it. It's part of the reason I like the Makeup Revolution one because it is small.
Thanks for the price breakdown- I love doing that with products myself! It makes me wonder though... there is so much product in there, would you ever use it all before it goes bad? I had to throw out a tube of shape tape because I didn’t use it enough, but even living a concealer & use it daily- with as little as you need on my 40+ skin, it may go bad & I’d have to toss it. Decisions decisions lol

And I don‘t think the general public uses a concealer that‘s significantly lighter than their actual skintone but I could be wrong 🤷🏻♀️
Based on that, I would recommend picking up one that matches your skin tone! And I would never recommend that someone uses a concealer "significantly" lighter... just a few shades! xoxo

They’ve even expanded the shade range and STILL don’t have a shade that works for me. Either too pale or too dark and don’t get me started on the undertones
I think most people over use concealer and then are surprised when it looks cakey or creases.
