It's nice to have friends that could give you more tiles. The roof is coming along great! Nice to have so much water, you will have to catch the water into containers somehow or build a cement catchup somewhere, then you'd have more than enough water for gardens, home use and stored water for dry summer times.♦♥

Kayla you are Amazing!!!!!!!!!!! You have done a brilliant job with re routing the water. Absolutely Brilliant. Hoping Badger can move the tree stump, on the higher water re routing so all will be completed.
Water is always about the path of least resistance. If you buy one of those large pipes, cut it in half lengthwise, glue the pipes together in a long line, it will keep the water from eating away the bank. It will still get clogged with leaves that need to be cleaned out, but your erosion problem will be eased considerably.
You both are so ambitious and hard workers. Your property is beautiful. Have your kids help clearing the leaves from your waterways so you have more time for your home project 😊
Well done on clearing the waterway, well apart from a major tree trunk blockage…but I’m sure Badger will help you out! Roof’s looking good too! Down south we are trying to prune our vine before we head back to UK next week!
Water management certainly isn’t easy. Especially with all those different terraces huge amounts of brambles and vines and trees that may need to come out. I’m sure in times gone by they had more man power to keep up with it all. I don’t know if it’s possible but maybe need to put in large drainage pipes to keep it from getting clogged up. I know our stream here can get clogged with too much silt and sand if we have an over abundance of rain. Pipe under ground has helped a lot.
Many countries are suffering due to MANipulative weather patterns. Yes, all the extra heavy sudden downpours are NOT natural ! I won't say anymore but know it won't always be like this❤ Roof looking great ❤
I was thinking of the ancient aqueducts in Italy that carry water unbelievable distances….i know it’s work…but a thought……would a concrete gully save those walls and be easier to keep clean…I know more work. BUT WOULD IT SAVE THOSE TERRACES? The thing about aged things like those unique rock walls is there can be the time of deterioration ….i even hate to get these words out…

We are having the same issue here in Chile as well. No more rain here now until April, so each drop counts. Have a great summer.
Here in Namibia we also need a lot of rain. It is very hot 🥵 and no clouds. Vegetables scorching on the fields
