Nice job, I have the same bike finished it about 3 years ago and has been sitting in the shed, I’m thinking of selling it and let someone enjoy riding it, they need to be out getting muddy
What a great build. We had these when I worked on a Station in outback South Australia. Great, reliable bikes. In my mind, much better than today’s computerised electronic nightmares (to workmon).
Looks awesome! Great job! Quick question, I have a TT500 also, and I think it’s “ticking/clicking” a bit too much. Do you have any suggestions on what that might be? Personally I think it’s valve related😊
@@rechargegarage8705 No worries thanks. Do you know where you got that front guard that you had to drill the holes? The paint colour appears to be the "Old El Toro" and I can't find that front guard you have in that colour. Cheers
@@mickachilles5459 I got most of the parts from KEDO Australia they have everything, if your going to buy side panels get the dearer ones as the cheap ones didn’t fit. Cheers 👍
Awesome!! I love it! Sounds amazing!

@@jamespolucha8790 thanks mate there such a nice bike to ride and enjoy.👍
How much $ would you sell it for?

Thanks mate, they are great bikes and would outlast the newer bikes of today. I know which bike I’d be riding in the outback. 👍
great job that loks well and sounds sweet keep up the good work
Gorgeous
Nice job, but you can’t beat the sound of the original upswept exhaust!
@@stevengadeke1200 thanks, yes I reckon it needs a super trap muffler on it. 👍
Guys in high school had TT's wheelie machines 😂😂😂 i believe they were nicknamed the thumper
Beautifull Im just about to start on one I've had for years. Hope it ends up just like yours
Thanks Mike I’m sure it will, cheers 👍
Great job
Lights would have been nice It's an XT frame and could be road registered
I built the bike for a customer and that’s the way he wanted it with no lights or rego, cheers.
I sure hope I can get the parts. I used to race CCM and these were the only ones that were anywhere close to my competition
great job, F's are my fav's need a black hose on the fuel cap though, and need to chase up a period rat trap!
Thanks mate and I did change the fuel cap hose to black, I did cop a bit of flack over that 😆
I had one just like that orange and Chrome loved that bike. It got stolen 😢😢
That’s no good mate there’s some shit people out there.
😢 😡

Personally I think it’s valve related😊
Thanks mate, I would start with valve clearance then probably look at cam chain tension if it sounds top end.
Cheers Chris.
Love the video couldn’t stand to listen to that horrible music though😊 I love that bike😊
Nice one! Looks great. Can you send me the details of your tank repair guy?
@@mickachilles5459 hey mate it’s Kemper.autobody on instagram if you want to contact him. 👍
Thanks mate, What colour did you go? 'Old el toro' or 'new el toro'?
@@mickachilles5459 that’s a question you’d have to ask the painter I’m not sure? The owner of the bike would have given him a paint code.👍
