This is one of my favorite location when I usually come to stay in Vancouver. I usually stay at the Westin and love the Cardero's restaurant for lunch and dinner. Very close to Stanly park. I like the layout of the apartment. Good Job Nina.
You did a great job showing this place. And I especially like the bloopers at the end. :) As for the condo; I like everything I saw, but wish the bedroom had more closet space. Oh, I'm not crazy about the price for a 1-bedroom. Oh well. But again, good job. Cheers!
Isn't Granite so early 2000 or 2010? LOL THis is Vancouver but it is spacious for what it is. I like that it had that storage room/den (it's Vancouver and a dining room. I would prefer a white kitchen and some crazy granite or else quartz or even epoxy art? I need more storage though in the bedroom. That bed better lift up but somehow there needs to be more storage. I guess the nite stands could be drawers. Maybe I would create a head board even out of Ikea cupboards that is storage. and more of a grand entrance..
@@evexclusive But this is one of the real problems with modern buildings, the fact that they don’t come already equipped with lighting! Can you imagine if you had to bring your own heaters? 😂

I actually love this unit, and the video is very well done. I'd be very happy with this. But: first time home buyer? Buying a $765k 1 room? Haha, that seems so unlikely. I guess fair enough these are luxury. But, to afford a $765k unit with say 10-20% down (which you magically had in cash as a 1st time buyer?) then you'd have to earn about $180k per year. $180k per year is completely impossible in all industries except for business owners, senior management, doctors, lawyers, and senior engineers. None of which are buying this as a 1st home. But, what do I know.
@@artemis9306depending their job description or specific job in the career, associates or anyone lower than a senior investment banker makes under 150k per year, but yes, it *is* actually possible for investment bankers. Anyone in a middle-high rank/job in a business career
Funny for such a small apartment there's space for a 6 person dining table and not enough room for a bigger bed - this bed is NOT big enough for 2 persons! The kitchen is obviously dated. Whirlpool appliances means this place is not high end.

Are there no overhead lights in bedroom, bathroom, living room?!
Some buildings have lights connected to outlets. So it looks like you would have to add a lamp or two in.
