Can someone do me the favor of filling me in on what Stassi's racist comments were? For the record, I think she's a bit ignorant and very narcissistic but, I never thought of her as racist or prejudice.
Basically she just asked why African American issues are so predominantly featured during award shows when other ethnicities (Asians, Latinos, etc) are not as represented. Why is the focus just on African Americans. Of course, she didn’t say it as PC as she could have, but that was a jist. It really wasn’t that offensive, but everyone is so sensitive these days.... so she got the brunt of a lot of people’s anger. It certainly wasn’t racist.
It's awful, I mean, you can't say anything because someone will always be offended. The bottom line is, is the offense going to be picked up and promoted into something bigger than it actually way because they can benefit from them? Basicaly the African American issues are more featured because they are the biggest minority. Is it fair? Don't know. I guess we just need an Asian or Latino to stand up and cry discrimination before someone listens. But if it didn't happen with Trump's wall I don' t know when.
