    I'm beginning to understand the reality when you say maybe YEARS to do some of this stuff. I've been dabbling in yoga, and functional movement, for three years and can't believe how far I've got, yet still a complete beginner. I can do several different arm balances and soooo close to holding a handstand, thanks for all the help.

      and...that's the process! it took me about a decade of daily practice to get my handstand pike press, for example. i think about three years for pasasana! 😅 enjoy the ride! 🤸🏻‍♂️ you may want to try out my union.fit classes. they are full-length classes of every level, intensity and duration to build the foundation for all of the individual poses i teach here on youtube. 🙏 www.union.fit/orgs/yogathletica/videos
