  • Garbha Pindasana is the seed in the womb pose, and Kukkutasana is the rooster pose. Both appear in the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system.       It all depends. Every body is different. But I've been practicing yoga for about 20 years.

    The way you entered this pose tore my meniscus. This is not safe for everyone.
