This video is GOLD! Thank you SO MUCH! Please make more videos like this educating the public - The more we know, the better we can advocate for ourselves!
Dan! 🙏❤️ THANK YOU so much for clearing up the confusion about injecting medial to the mid-pupillary line, in the medial cheek! There's so much contradictory advice about this issue, with many well-respected injectors disagreeing about whether to inject deep or superficially. I go deep with a cannula in this area, but all the contradictory advice makes me second guess myself. Anyway, thanks again, I love your videos! ❤️
Hi Dan, Thanks for clearing up the depth of injection in this facial area. There was contradicting information out there. You are the most informed and trusted in the field.
wow so happy i found him! i’m thinking of learning how to self inject myself…i live in canada montreal so maybe i will go to him see him to start my first injection with him! i will be 58 in a few weeks!!

Dan, is it lateral canthus or lateral limbus or lateral iris? they are all different area. Canthus is the corner of the eyelid where skin begin; limbus is the edge of the iris. Hope you don't mind. I am an ophthalmologist and find your video highly educational
This is a great reminder, review of anatomy and rationale for techniques. I’m trying to subscribe to your premium TH-cam channel & can’t. I’ve tried different things. I’m an iPhone user unfortunately.
Just recently found your channel and subbed! Quick question, what do you consider "deep" or "shallow"? For instance, you said the artery in the lip almost never comes closer than 4mm to the surface so the injection should be superficial. So would that be 1mm? 2mm? 3?
Hello Dan , I really enjoy your videos, they are short, sweet, and to the point. I live in the United States, I need to know if the Jane app is available in the USA, thank you in advance
What happens if i accidentally slip under the bone and inject into the transverse artery? I used lidocaine to do on my cheek bone but wren i started to smile i felt a tingling sensation and looked like paralysis in my top right lip. What does this mean? I'm scared
this looks very complicated, I'm in medical school. I get amnesia no matter how many times I watch the video. I realized that it is just too scary with all the arteries.

Hi Dan, when you inject the forehead (deep) do you bolus inject on the bone or inject as you are withdrawing the needle. Thank you
bolus on bone, but it's rare that I use a needle. Cannula is much safer
@@danestheticsmedical Thank You! Your channel is excellent and I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from your skills.

What the depth artry in lip 😭
4mm in the wet boarder, stay superficial in the dry boarder 1, 2, 3mm
Cutie pie 🥰
sorry I meant "I am not in medical school" so it sounds very complicated. Better to seek a licensed professional.....too risky...
