Do you need to worry about hitting an artery if you are doing a mesotherapy? The needle is only 4 mm in length I saw most demo the practicianer inject in a grid like pattern so it doesn’t seem to worry about hitting an artery? If you are injecting a mesotherapy solution vs a filler does that mean it is safer? (Less chance of vascular occlusion)

We are all different!! is it enough to aspirate with the syringe after being inlaid with the needle? My doctor do this, but I'm scared now... Thanks you are very professional!

staci satterfield 🙏🏼 Cannulas are safer and cause less bruising. But needles are sometimes necessary for better accuracy in certain areas of the face. Hope this helps! Dan

The arteries hit at the inferior and superior labial arteries. They usually run deep in the wet border.

There’s always a risk. But the chin and cheeks are relatively lower risk for arterial occlusion.

Jana Yes! 27 gauge or smaller canulas can pierce through a vein or artery. 25 gauge or larger is safest, in my opinion.
