Ho do you get the 2 top 18mm bolts out!?! Ive tried swivels, ive tried a breaker bar, ive tried an impact, cant get anything on the 2 bolts up top
Ahhhh!!! You're a life saver bro!! I was trying to get the 18mm bolts out of the actual bracket that's between the oil pan. I see it so clearly now thanks!

Sad truth. A dollar seal would prevent this from happening to the splines. Come on dodge. Seriously

That had nothing to do with any dash light this kid is simple and for 350 bucks u can replace both shafts u don’t need a whole need diff
what if the driver side stub shaft bearing inside the diff housing is bad?
You fucked the caliper piston prying the caliper off. Decompress the piston while its on or remove everything then the pads.
There was no need to replace to whole Differential. They sell these axle shafts separately and you can easily replace them that was just an extra job for something That is very common in these Ram
Actually I just did one of these this morning.
do they sell the bearings? behind the stub shaft on the drivers side theres the axle seal, then a retaining clip "holding" a pressed bearing in place. That bearing is shot on mine.

Depends where you are. .i am a mechanic myself and i would charge about 750 to 1k depending on condition of undercarriage pretty much ..but its really whats it worth to u ..what would u be willing to pay for your vehicle to not grind and shake lol
