This is one of my favorite reads of 2022 as well. As a dad to daughters myself, this one really hit hard. Between this and Do a Powerbomb (my other favorite), I really got sucked in by sad yet hopeful comics that year
Loved Mazebook when it came out, was grabbing it in both singles and the Hardcover. Didn't know about this Dark Horse Direct edition, might be time to own it 3 ways ...
Gorgeous Library Edition; I'll have to check out the Dark Horse Direct shop more often

Beautiful book. I didn't have the orifinal hc, I will try to grab this, but I don't know if it's going to be easy here in Europe. BTW, Gideon Falls deluxe edition book one appears to be OOP. Thank you, Omar.

I'm sorry to say but I always find Lemire's work derivative, Essex County was great but everything else feels like a story I've already read before. Maybe I've been reading for too long and I really do want to like his work as he's so prolific but I keep finishing his stories and feeling underwhelmed. Happy to receive suggestions and be proven wrong.
Man, that's expensive for a single book..
