The beginning of this part makes me think that maybe this is Cecil in the machine that Diego hooked him up to in part 4. This is because he is acting extremely out of character and keeps trying to break out of it and that's what tipped me off. Like I said before this is probably not right but it was so noticeable it was hard to ignore
