When this game got released i was looking for a nice series of this game and you where the one with such an amazing first episode that i had to subscribe and keep watching. Every episode has been really nice so far! Ive never played the game but your gameplay and commentary is really chill to watch

Unless you're in an older build you missed the guitar weapon pickup in the room with the guy surrounded by cash with his own guitar. Think its near the door when you enter that room.
I found you during your first Valheim playthrough and it was the best thing that happen to me fantastic content, great pacing and amazing builds as always.
A layered spike field is the first thing I build so I don't have to be paranoid during building a base. Also, you should make holders for rocks, sticks, and bones. Have Kelvin always keep your sticks, rock, and fish full. Collect heads and place them on spikes all around your fortress. Every dead body that's you get on the base grab and drop them on a fire to collect all the bones quickly to make Bone armor.
Awesome series chap, been watching you for a few years now so was looking forward to you starting this game. You can lock a door by putting a paper target on it , then move it off and put it in the wall when you want to open the door. A sort of papery padlock lol

i don't know if anyone else has said this, but you can turn off structure damage(in the options screen above big head mode), so that your tower doesn't accidentally get destroyed. And amazing content btw, I love the vids. Very entertaining.

You say its too easy, however it wasn't easy getting to the point where you were able to retrieve the katana to now make it easy. Thats how the game works. Great vids, loving the journey.
Those orange-looking walls at the place with sensory deprivation tanks are blocks of solid salt. The salt is being hit with small heat and it is supposedly releasing healthy particles in air.
If you setup log holders close to the base and tell kelvin to fill the holders, you can chop them and he will just put them in the holder for you. Aslong as there are logs on the ground he wont chop anymore. Ive been doing this a lot and its pretty fast
the rock wall building stuff will come into the game later on, its just one of those features that was put on the WIP table like the nightvision goggles n such, tho those will come out too at a later date
In my experience you can fully cover your entrances with spikes and use a zipline to enter since kelvin will just jump over spikes. And I would use multiple layers of spikes since they can jump over them for extra protection
the katana is OP! its my favorite, Ziplines and rope are the best way for a secure base well somewhat.... seems the enermies can glitch through a fortified wall it holds them back but watch out.
'Artefact 2' previously referred to the same EMP thing from the first game - that picture you found, however, appears to be a side view of a more spherical one. I presume it's the little handheld cannibal-controller stick you get.
If you don't want kelvin chopping trees, tell him to get logs and put them near the base. He will grab them as your chopping, and you basically don't have to worry about moving them at all. just chop when you are low then stay at your build having him bring them to you, no tedious running back and forth.
6:45 nice to see they fixed the flashlight making the lighting impossible to read on the emails already, either that or my game was just bugged every time i picked up a piece of paper with a flashlight on 10:56 dude that thing actually looks like it would take 5286 trees before even budging
The rocks you put around the stick spikes give the sticks durability, meaning they need to be attacked to break. Sticks by themselves will break after they get used 3 times.
hey not to back seat just figured id give you a little bit of help but in the big facility with the chainsaw you can also find a guitar melee and a shotgun rail hope you can find them and i hope this helpes.
You can have Kelvin put sticks, rocks and into the holders if you are close to them when you talk to him. Sorry if you already knew. There is also a track suit for Virginia, pajamas for you or Kelvin and the guitar.

If you set a defence wall around.. you can actually place the spikes inside the wall. By putting them behind the defence wall. And tipping the sticks outwards.. that way.. the spikes just peak out of the defence walls.. Ofc you can also put another layer of spikes outside the wall.. just to make it a bit more "spikey"🤣

That "Flesh Wall" is salt blocks. Its used for a special spa type that supposedly helps the skin but touching salty air

Cut all the stumps and put wood behind the spikes so there’s no gap between them and the structure. I think it would look better

You should remove the stumps, by removing them you allow more saplings to spawn and tree's to grow eventually!

You should start chopping the stumps - from what I can tell they only get in the way of saplings growing
You can make a quarter wall all the way round, put spikes on the top and bottom, and still got plenty of clearance to shoot from. Absolute carnage!

You missed the Guitar weapon on the bar counter top. Across from the body with a guitar down the throat.
you can build the container of sticks or rocks, and tell Kelvin to gather sticks/rocks and put into the containers.

You really missed out by not making your fort look like a phallus.
The round part of Artifact 2 looks vaguely like the artifact ball you stick in the ground from TF.
You could do a zip line entrance. That way you could have spikes going all the way around rather than leaving walkways.

You can make the spikes close to the wall. You just go inside and it gives you the option to make the spikes thru the wall
If you place the stick on the internal side of the wall then turn them into spikes they will go through the wall and look mint
You can add a lock, just put a stick in your hand and next to the door. ( it must be on the flat side) not the log side
You can knock down the spiked sticks through the walls, so you can put them right up against it
